Terms and Conditions
Please read everything below.
Disclaimer
Once I have agreed to a commission you and I are both in an agreement where I can refuse your commission at anytime. So please understand this.
Details
When ordering your commission PLEASE give as many details as possible and send any references you have. I want to get your picture right the first time for you and for myself.
Payment
Payment will ALWAYS be sent to xsaosux[at]hotmail.com on Paypal. That is only form of payment I will except unless otherwise stated. Payment should also only be sent when I ask for it.
Time Frame and Sketches
The longest images should take are 7 weeks and under. The only exception for this would be if I noted you personally and explained if something happened. Sketches will be sent as soon as possible and done as soon as possible after you place your order.
Refunds
I do not normally give refunds on sketches. If a refund is wanted on a commission ,only if I haven't given any type of indication of finishing the product in 6 months time, then I will simply deduct whatever HAS been completed. If nothing, then you'll get a full refund. If you ordered a full shaded image, and I just had not shaded, then I would deduct the price for a flat image from your refund.
Will Not Draw
Nudity [nipples, penis, vagina, etc.], Vore, Scat, Water sports, Incest, Super gore pictures, Creepy fetishes, cars/motorcycles, machinery, and Copyrighted Characters.
Will Draw
Chubby characters, Slight gore, Certain game art, monsters/aliens/special hybrids, ferals and some humans.
I DO NOT draw NSFW art. Nor will I accept any links to NSFW art. So if you're going to commission me, PLEASE make sure you are linking an SFW ref.
Copyright
Any art that is drawn by me is copyrighted to me. Though it is your character that is in it, I do expect you to ask for permission to post to specific websites.
FA and DA are fine with me as long as credit is given no matter what.
Permission
If you buy any adoptables from me, or have any sort of character made for you, but decide to give them away please let me know. I will most likely not tell you no, but it's only polite to let the original artist or creator know that you're giving the art they created to someone else.
Holds
I Don't do them. If you come to me asking for something to be held, I will mark you down as that you want a certain adopt if no one obtains it. But if someone comes and offers the money before you can pay, then that adopt will go to them. I AM willing to make a custom similar to the previous adopt with your choice of colors if you so wish.

Sunday: Sketching/Lining commissions 2:00pm-5:00pm & 8:00pm-10:00pm PST
One Sunday a month: Freebie Stream 2:00pm-5:00pm PST
