Officially Saving Up for a Service Dog

Hi, everyone.
I just uploaded another YCH piece here and I thought I'd come over to my journal and explain what's going on.
I am still open for March character sheet commissions and I may decide to extend that a bit to help out with this.
But I am in fact starting to save up for a service dog. I've mentioned in previous journals that I do have health issues that I'm dealing with and to be perfectly honest, they're all pretty much disabling. That's the real reason that I've been unemployed for so long, the reason that sometimes my updates are sporadic at best and then pick up during certain times of the year. It goes by when I feel like I can do more.
Anyway, I had been thinking about a service dog for about five years now. I realized that one would be a huge help to me and that started me on the path to researching them and whether I was right in my assumption. I was, but the thing is that a service dog (for those who have them or have seen fundraisers) are really expensive. For me, it's a little bit more difficult because after all of my research, I learned that there are no programs who would train the dog breed that I need for what I'd need it for. And after looking, I realized that I might like to be able to bond with my pup from the beginning and am going to go the owner trainer/private trainer route.
So that puts me in the situation where I need to raise money to be able to get what I need to make the whole thing feasible. And since I'm only getting worse, I wanted to do it now instead of waiting another five years.
So I need to
1. Figure out the breed I'd need. √
2. Find a breeder √, I still need to ask them more about their dogs though.
3. Find a trainer to help me when I'm not able to do it (√, family )
4. Raise money -if you have any ideas, let me know.
5. Pay the deposit on the puppy ($210).
6. Find a vet.
7. Buy all the things a puppy needs.
8. Buy all of the things that I would need to get for training & public access.
9. Pay the rest for the puppy this fall ($1,300).
10. Get pet/working dog insurance.
11. Organize and pay for the training as well as transportation.
TLDR
I'm raising money for a service dog and am open for commissions. If you have any ideas that might help me out, please let me know.
