My profile is LGBTQIA+ friendly. If you use fetish words to describe trans/intersex individuals I will immediately deny any commission/ych/adopt and block you. I am Trans and Intersex and these terms make me uncomfortable, if you can't respect this boundary, leave.

- My notes are open to everyone and so is my Twitter (TheKabash Click me I'm a link!), discord(Kabash#5580), and Telegram (ka6ash)and those are the quickest ways to get ahold of me. These are the only places I talk about commissions.
- If you reach out to me for a commission do NOT continue to try and reach me in others ways. If I get a note from you AND a comment AND a DM on additional sites you will NOT get a commission.
- I am no longer taking commissions with characters who have visible self-harm scars. It's impacting my mental health too much and I refuse to relapse. I am fine taking on the commission as long as the scars are censored.
- PLEASE be patient with my response. I have a full-time job outside of being an artist, as well as other responsibilities, and it may take several days for me to respond!!!
- I work on commissions in a mix of who paid first as well as what I have time to do. I do bounce around with YCHs and post things in batches.
- Please do not link me discord images as these links now expire after 24 hours. You can add me on discord, and send the images there, or use a different image hosting website to send links.
- By buying from me (commissions and adopts) you agree to everything laid out in this document.

Here is a vague idea of the timeline of events if you decide to commission me. Please continue reading through the other sections for more details and information.
1) You send me the completed form of one of my YCHs (These forms are found in the description of the YCH, usually near the top in orange)
2) I will note you for your payment information to send the invoice.
3) I will send the invoice.
4) You will pay. PLEASE REMEMBER - DO NOT LEAVE A NOTE OR COMMENT ON THE PAYMENT SCREEN.
5) You will note me back confirming that you have sent the money.
6) I will confirm the payment has been received.
7) I will add you to the queue of the YCH.
8) Once the commission is finished I will post it and note you the link. Please note the files uploaded are the full resolution files. This is to keep a record because over time I do delete old commission files.
Before buying...
- Payment in full BEFORE I start working - USD only - DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE I ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION AND DO NOT ADD A NOTE OR COMMENT TO THE PAYMENT.
- I work off the reference images given to me and try and get as close to that as possible. So please make sure the ref given is accurate to your character, not shaded, and shows everything I need so colors, anatomy, and such are accurate. It is not my fault if I get markings and colors wrong if given a shaded ref or a ref that does not show markings and/or colors accurately. It is not my job to look through your gallery to find a better pic.
- I do not work off photo references of real animals/pets.
- Please note, if you order an animation and your character has gradients on them, there may be pixelization in the end product.
- Account must be at least a month old and have things on it. This rule can be circumvented if an artist can vouch for you from a previous commission or if you are commissioning for an alt account.
- I am a-ok taking gift commissions, but please let me know who the owner of the character is so I can make sure my art isn't being used without permission and the owner consents to gift art. Yes, I have had several people try to commission gift art for someone who stated very clearly in their bio no gift art. This rule can be circumvented if the owner of the character reaches out to me giving consent.
- I WILL NOT draw or include any symbol or phrase that relates back to a government or hate group. I am okay with including current-day nation flags but no flags from the past.
- I do not give specific turnaround times, unless otherwise stated in the ych/sale.
Fees...
- Complex characters and/or shaded reference images may be charged a fee (this includes but is not limited to complex markings, anatomy, and mechanical parts. Some examples are several heads, additional pairs of limbs, wings, etc). If you are uncertain if your character falls under this, feel free to note me beforehand.
- Custom complex accessories will be charged a fee.
- If you want a commission done by a specific date there will be a rush fee.
- Anonymous or Private (unposted) commissions will be charged a fee.
- 3D reference sheets (second life, VR chat, etc) will be charged a fee.
During the process...
- If I have not posted anything regarding commissions or messaged you personally regarding your commission and you would like an update, feel free to note me AFTER 1 month has passed.
- You can view your position on the queue on the original sale post. If your commission is NOT a ych you can view the status here
- You may only ask for a refund after 2 months have passed.
Once Finished...
- Only the commissioner/owner of the character may use and/or re-upload with credit to myself and base owner (if applicable)
- Credit means having a LINK back to my profile and/or the sales post.
- You can print the art as a physical badge if you want, but you must write "Kabash on Furaffinity.net" on the front or back for appropriate credit.
- You cannot trace, or use for profit in any way (this includes use as an NFT).
- You cannot claim the art is yours.
- I reserve the right to reuse lines.
- I do not give out PSDs or all frames of a gif.
- You're not allowed to edit the finished product at all.
- If I missed something on the ref given you have 24 hours to contact me for a small edit.
- If you are wanting additional changes I am happy to work with you following the guidelines below.
Post Fees...
- If you decide after the commission you want another version, I am happy to do that for you, but it may be an additional charge depending on what you want. Please note me to discuss this.
- Any edits requested after the 24-hour window from when I sent you the finished product will be charged a fee.
- If you tell me everything is good or that you like the finished product and then come back later, even if it is still within the 24-hour window, and want edits there will be a fee.
- Any edits after the 1 free edit will be charged a fee.
- I WILL charge a fee to fix colors and/or markings if given a shaded ref and/or 3D images like SecondLife or VR chat.
- I WILL charge a fee to fix colors and/or markings if the ref given is compressed and/or pixelated.
- I WILL charge a fee if you want a change not shown on the ref given. Examples include - Only giving me a clothed ref, only giving me a front view, etc.
- Excessive additions beyond what was originally discussed will be charged a fee.
***If you back out of anything after payment and/or I've started I will block you as well as post a beware unless talked about ahead of time through notes.***
Before you buy...
- Rarely will I do holds, but feel free to ask, it's very likely I will do holds over a certain amount of time as long as there is 100% guarantee of payment (aka no backing out when the day comes for you to pay) If this happens more than once you will be blocked and a beware made.
- Trades are to be talked about before a claim is made and I must have clear communication on the process.
Payment:
- Payment is USD only and must pay within 24 hours of claiming. - DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE I ACCEPT YOUR CLAIM
- Any hold or payment plan will require an invoice to be pre-sent out as proof of the promise to pay.
- No refunds will be given once paid and/or TOS is broken.
- Payment plans may be available, just note me to talk about it beforehand.
Extras/Fees...
- Ad-Ons like outfits, nsfw versions, hair versions, etc, can be discussed for an additional price
- Edits of the character can be discussed at an additional price
After Purchase:
- Once paid the adoptable is yours, the above rules still apply.
- If a character was gotten for FREE for, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.
- If a character was TRADED for, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.
- Trades CANNOT be traded back unless talked about beforehand.
- The adoptable cannot be sold for more than bought for unless it comes with extra art. This also includes turning around and making the adopt into a suit to be sold. (personal suits are fine, but buying it with the intent to make a suit to sell is breaking my TOS)
- You are NOT permitted to turn an adopt I make into a closed/personal species.
- Adoptable can be changed to any gender or species unless stated otherwise in the description.
- Adoptable can have small minor changes to future art (YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE CURRENT ART ON YOUR OWN - PLEASE REFER TO THE EXTRAS/FEES SECTION ABOVE). If the changes become so major they look like 2 very different characters I will note you about breaking TOS and I will re-upload my original design and you will no longer have rights to it or get a refund.
- You may use the adoptable in free stories, artwork, crafts, etc. however you see fit.
- You may NOT use the adoptable for commercial use - aka a game/book/etc that is SOLD, and this includes any use as an NFT
- Notify me if the adoptable has a new owner, so I can make sure it wasn't stolen if I see it re-posted.
- ALWAYS credit me for the design and LINK back to my FurAffinity. If uploaded to toyhouse, credit my toyhouse Kabash
- ALWAYS give credit to anyone else - ie the base maker, original artist, etc
If any chargebacks are made I will immediately put the character back up for sale and post a beware. You will be blocked and lose all rights to the character and the art.
- I do my best to screen everyone for previous bewares or other harmful activities (using slurs, being racist/homophobic/sexist/etc) but I am only human and may miss something. Therefore I do not condone or am responsible for any actions or words my commissioners make in the past, present, or future.
- I also want to make things 100% clear that all characters drawn in NSFW situations are consenting and of legal age.
