I own the rights to the art. You may not use the artwork for money-gaining purposes, or vast distribution. If you need to retract your bid for any reason please contact me ahead of time to discuss potential solutions or retraction. The first time you will receive a stern warning. If you do it again, you will be unable to buy my art anymore. Check my gallery and queue wait time to ensure it matches your character. Please understand anything I draw may or may not be put on my account. Please understand anything I draw may or may not be printed for my convention booth and consequently sold for like $10. If I am uncomfortable with the extreme kink I am drawing (cock tongue, multi-boob, vore) I will charge you an additional 25% of the price If you are getting a character creation fee you will be asked to fill out this form: https://forms.gle/b1mGut8CketUTjwt6 If you would like me to private stream the commission/YCH completion I will charge an extra 25 dollar fee (You will have the ability to request unlimited amounts of edits) If for whatever reason you do not wish for the commission/YCH to be streamed PLEASE TELL ME ASAP! I have no problem with this just please let me know! If you absolutely need RUSH ORDER on your YCH or Commission and need it done right this minute please talk to me about it. It can be done but there will be an additional fee for being moved to the front of everyone. 50% the price of the commission. ★ ══ Payment for Commissions/ YCHs ══ ★ Any commission sketches you reject may be resold as YCH. You must be OK with this. I will require your email so I can send an invoice for the money. DO NOT SEND ME THE MONEY! PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE! Full payment must be in my account before I start the commission/ YCH. Payment for YCH’s or any other sort of auction must be paid within 48 hours after auction’s end. If you do not pay or get back to me I will give it to the next highest bidder or I may re-auction it. Payment plans are available for purchases over $100.00 If you Auto Buy a YCH I will give you both the 48 hour payment period plus the time period you would receive if the auction were still going. For example if the auction ends 4 days after the last bid and you Auto Buy you will be given the 4 days as well as the 48 hour payment period. ★ ══ After Commissioning Me/ Buying a YCH ══ ★ Through out a commission I will send two Work In Progress Shots. The first will be the sketch. You may request updates on the pose, anatomy, and anything else you see wrong. The next Work In Progress I will send will be the flat color stage. You may request changes on the character aspects like pattern, jewelry and what not. During this stage you cannot have the pose altered. In other words you are allowed TWO EDITS from me. This means everything you would like changed must be condensed and clearly written into TWO PRIVATE MESSAGES. If you require any other changes through a different/third private message you will be charged a fee. Save your commissions on your computer. I may delete them at any time. Once the commission is completed and you have approved everything no further changes can be made. That means if you notice something a couple days after you have approved the art I am not required to fix it for you. ★ ══ Refunds ══ ★ If you need a refund for any reason… If it’s in the sketch stage you will get 70% of your money back If it’s in the line art stage you will receive 50% of your money back. If it’s in a flat color stage you will receive 30% of your money back. Any further then flat color and a refund will not be possible. I will most likely post the unfinished product as a YCH. If you are not satisfied with your piece please speak with me for how I can make it better for you. ★ ══ Adoptables/ Character Creation ══ ★ You may alter and change the design however you please. Do not sell the adoptable for more then you bought it for. That being said if you buy additional art you can reassess the price accordingly. Please give me credit for the design. No refunds on adoptables. By commissioning me you are confirming that you are over 18 years old. Any designs you reject may be resold. You must be OK with this. ★ ══ Infernyas ══ ★ You cannot use your Infernya for commercial based profit projects. ★ ══ Traditional Commissions ══ ★ I'm fine with mailing outside the U.S! Please just expect to pay me a little more because of the additional charges of doing so. I will take pictures of the commission before I send it and show you. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF IT GETS LOST OR BENT IN THE MAIL! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND OR ANY ART IF IT DOESN'T SHOW UP! I send mail from my mailbox so if you want tracking, it'll cost at least $5 more since I have to drive to the post office. Please provide me with your full government name and detailed full address for shipping. I've had commissions sent back since the full name was not on the letter. I do not show WIPS for traditional work unless asked to do so. ★ ══ I have a 3 Strike Policy ══ ★ If you break any of these rules more then 3 times I will blacklist you and you will lose your privilege to buy art from me.
