I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason
If you are under eighteen years of age I will not sell you adult content. This could get me in trouble!
Before commissioning or buying a YCH
Make sure you like my style of art before bidding, check my gallery
I may not put everything I draw on my account, that is why I e-mail you files when I'm done
Please make sure you can afford the commission/YCH slot before bidding, I can do holds! But if I do not get payment forty eight hours after the auction ends, I will sell to second highest bidder or re-auction all together.
Please be direct with me beforehand. I need direction!! While I draw, I do check FA sporadically, but I would rather not miss a detail that you would like and have it be way too late to add it in.
After Buying A Commission/YCH
You must credit the work I have done for you.
You can re-upload on your account if you give me credit and link back to where you got it!
I try to e-mail most files I work on, so please have an easily accessible e-mail address at the ready.
Save your commissions on your computer for safe keeping! Who knows what could happen to my account here.
You can use the art for anything you want as long as you are not making money off of it. Wallpapers, Icons, Signatures, Layouts, anything personal use.
Once the commission is completed and you have approved everything no further changes can be made. That means if you notice something a couple days after you have approved the art I am not required to fix it for you.
This also means if you have already approved something halfway through the WIP process, but decide I need to completely change it, I may tack on more cost to make multiple revisions.
Do not claim any work I do for you as something you made yourself. You own the intellectual property of the character, but not the work that went into the art you bought from me.
Payment
All funds have to be sent on Paypal with USD.
Due to the Paypal terms of service changing, I will be sending you an invoice. That means I will need your paypal email.
Full payment must be in my Paypal account before I start the commission/ YCH.
Payment for YCH’s or any other sort of auction must be paid within 48 hours after auction’s end. If you do not pay or get back to me about when I can expect payment I will give it to the next highest bidder or I may re-auction it.
Adoptables
Once bought, they are completely yours to do with as you wish. You can name them, give them background stories, and use them wherever.
You can change their gender expression and designs, but you may not alter the original artwork they come with. Text is fine, drawing over it is not.
For the artwork of the adoptable you buy from me, you must link back to where you bought it. Art you buy from others or create yourself of the character you do not have to credit me.
You may not edit the adoptable artwork itself.
You may trade the character for other designs.
You may sell the character for the same price or less that you purchased it with. If you made/bought artwork for them you may increase the price for your work and development of that character!
I have a three strike system. Three warnings and you're blacklisted. I do not appreciate rudeness towards myself, other bidders or customers. The golden rule still applies. Thank you for understanding.
I reserve the right to go back and edit this journal as time passes without the need of future notice.
