ART & COMMISSIONS
-You cannot resell my art-work under any circumstances, for you did not create it, and therefore it is not yours to sell, whether your character is on it or not.
-If you have an issue with your completed image and or design, please inform me and politely point out what changes are needed and I will try and make these adjustments. I will NOT however completely redraw your character from scratch if you have a grudge against the entire piece.
-If you have been waiting an extended period of time for your commission[1-2 months at most] and desire to cancel your order simply inform me and I will try and refund you as soon as I can, but if I am not able at the present time then please be patient and know that I will get to you as soon as I am capable of it.
DESIGNS
-Koitsune reserves partial ownership to any and all of her existing species generally for informative works if need be in content for the species lore. Anthros/one offs and all non-species design sales are all final. [Designs can and will be withdrawn in the case of someone filing a chargeback for malicious intent[to steal the files/designs] that directly makes their purchase invalid and incomplete. This will normally result in you being blacklisted and the design being taken away and resold to any other interested buyer.]
-When purchasing Character-designs, you cannot resell the design for more then what you payed for it. If you've gathered a large collection of art for them, you are however able to take vouchers equal to the extra art worth.
-No forms of refunds can be made upon purchasing a design. Any and all sales are final. If you find yourself no longer wanting your design and are unable to find a new owner may it be through trade or resell, you may return the design to me, but that is all.
-If you miss and or fail to obtain the design you were going for due to someone else obtaining it first do not harass the buyers or ask to buy the design from them, This is extremely disrespectful to me and whomever obtained the original design and will result in a ban from any and all of my future designs, species or otherwise.
-I have the right to refuse service if I so desire. In the rare chance that I do this, respect my decision. Harassing of any kind will get you banned.
-If you aim to buy and or create NSFW of designs created by me: PLEASE, and I cannot stress this enough, PLEASE keep it to a minimum, I love the designs I make, I just want them to be appreciated and well taken care of, and if a design is only used for nothing but nsfw content then I don't really know what to expect. I love all of the designs I make and i'd greatly appreciate if they're given a fair level of respect. I've lifted my previous terms of nsfw content remaining private to the owner solely because it was rather hypocritcal to say the least. You may get and make nsfw of my designs just try not to let that be the one and only thing created above all else. it'd be much appreciated..
-By buying designs & Commissions from me, you are agreeing to abide by these rules.
Fanart / Gifted art terms
-Do I have a character you just really like and would like to draw? If so you have my blessings to do so! But there are some terms to what i'd appreciate not be made or drawn unless you've been granted my permission to do so
-Shipping with other characters: this is not exactly preferred since many of my characters already have significant others! If you would like to draw them with their existing partners then I'd welcome that completely but this is only for sfw content
-Smut/NSFW/Kinks: Certainly flattering in some ways but not really wanted without my given permission! I much prefer to commission nsfw from people of my choosing if I really choose to do so.
