Hey guys, important update. Please read
It's taken a lot of soul searching and inner debate, but I finally think I'm ready to say it.
Guys, I need to put the comic on hold, maybe indefinitely. I realize that as a single artist, a full color, fully rendered comic is a huge undertaking.
Add that to the fact that I am trying to get into Master's School and it's just damn near unmanageable.
I have a very large story to tell and can't really do that at one to two pages a month. Also, I feel like this has hurt me as an artist, writer, and creative person as all of my creative efforts are going towards the comic when I do have time and it's sucking the life out of something I once loved very dearly.
So, I'm pressing pause.
Am I quitting? No. I will be writing. A lot I think. I'm going to write the story. If you guys want to see it, I'll post it and I will probably be able to move things a damn sight more quickly that way. I'm actually a good writer, I just haven't had time to produce anything because of the comic heh.
I will be drawing a lot more. I can draw and illustrate and maybe take commissions here and there with my hands not so tied now. I looked through my gallery and found I missed when I was producing more freeform and fun work. Now it's just banging out a page and then on to the next. I think this hurt me over all as I lost a lot of interest in my work it seems. People seem to miss my one shot pieces and my creativity.
My characters, my story, it's going to live on, but I just can't keep the comic going right now. In the future, I may pick it up again. for now, I'm going to be working at being more creative, versatile, and freeform with my work. I hope I can produce content both in writing and in art that you guys will like. Thank you guys for sticking with me this long and I apologize that things have been painfully slow.
Cheers everyone.

It's a shame in a way because you have this story you want to tell but if doing it via comic page means you're not enjoying it and not having time for other things then taking a step back is probably better than burning out on it.
