here! First off, let me apologize. I was suppose to start this at 12:00am CDT but due to a black out because of a pretty bad storm, I am only able to this right now. I am sorry if this has been an inconvenience to anyone.

Now! The good free stuff! This round is specially dedicated to the peeps overseas so they can get some spots. Due to the nature of this post (and the fact I don't know the general time base over there) this round is going to last a bit longer than usual. I also have one special rule for this but it's more of a 'dont be selfish' thing.

RULES
(special rule) If you live in the Americas (or around the CDT timezone) and can usually get a slot each round, please don't participate in this round. Again, this is a chance for people overseas and I won't be able to do these often.
1. Don't be upset if you don't get picked. The artists take time out of their day to make free art for you.
2. Don't be too descriptive/give artistic freedom. Again, the artists do this for free.
3.DO NOT ASK FOR NSFW ART IF YOU ARE UNDERAGED. ARTISTS:PLEASE VERIFY THEIR AGE IF THEY REQUEST NSFW.
4. Don't guilt trip into getting a freebie. That's just not cool.
5. Be sure to check this wait-list in order to confirm if you are eligible for free art. Artists: Please do the same if you are unsure if someone is eligible.

Artists: Don't forget to respond to a taken request with 'in progress' so no one else takes it!

I'm sorry it seems 'wrong.' But I still feel just as guilty closing the rounds before the eastern hemisphere people even wake up. I close the rounds once I see a decent amount of people have left requests and if people who usually request every round fill up this one, then the other people still don't have a chance. The next normal 6:00am CDT round may be just next week, since I just mainly want this round to again, let those people at least have one chance every now and then.

Please forgive me if the comment seemed out of place. and if I have misunderstood, leading my comments to be incorrect. I just do not feel it is right to exclude an entire part of the world, especially when the mentioned normal schedule still means anyone who has school or work (or simply oversleeps) will miss it anyway as well. I understand wanting to cater to the part that usually cannot get in, but I do not feel this is the best way to go about it. The time difference alone should be enough to help. ^^'

It's not so much 'the entire part of the world'. It's mainly focusing on, if you usually have a ton of chances to request stuff, leave this round to the people who often miss the rounds because of time zones, work, school, simply on at the wrong time all the time, ect.
