Preamble:
In order to get more active in Commissions and have my Terms of Service if I do a service in drawing, I listed my TOS here for everyone to see and for me to link if I need.
Requests:
-Everybody is free to make requests.
-I won´t accept every request.
-The chance for a request to be drawn depends on subjective parameters(Who asks what and how?).
-I decide if post the resulting picture in my gallery.
-The requester has the right to decide if he/she wants to stay annonymous or not.
-The requester has the right to upload the picture to his/her own galleries as long as proper credits are given.
Commissions/YCHs:
-I reserve the right to teny themes/kinks/characters I am not comfortable with to draw.
-The money for the payment has to be available in time.
-Payment only via PayPal.
-The payment for a commission is to be made after getting a rough sketch of the final picture.
The payment for a YCH is to be made right after getting the slot.
-I decide if post the resulting picture in my gallery.
-The customer has the right to decide if he/she wants to stay annonymous or not.
-The customer has the right to upload the picture to his/her own galleries as long as proper credits are given.
-To all the friendly people out there: Sympathy buys under no circumstances please.
About the Characters:
-I won´t draw any characters from movies/TV/etc. as long as money is involved.
-I can also involve my characters in a picture, but the final decision is on me.
-If the customer/requester wants the character of somebody else involved, I need the personal allowance of the chracterowner.
-The owner of a involved character has the right to stay annonymous
-The owner of a involved character has the right to upload the picture to his/her own galleries as long as proper credits are given.
What I will/won´t draw:
-Basically I will draw everything except: Inflation, Scat, Vore
If it isn´t on this list there is still a chance I won´t draw it. Just ask.
-I will mainly draw males or females. Everything in between is less likely to be drawn by me, but not impossible
What else:
-If you commission me or make me draw your character, be accessible. I will send WIPs and waiting a long time for a response, especially if there are more, can be really annoying.
-If I ask you for instructions, try not to make me ask twice or more.
-If you have any questions, you can always ask.
-If you make a bid on one of my YCHs or agree on a request/commission, you confirmed to having read my TOS and agreed to them.
-Violations against the TOS or belated will be dealed with individually.
