By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

Rights and Rules

By commissioning me, applicants are agreeing that they are 18 years or older and are legally considered an adult.
I have the right to refuse a commission at my discretion.
Only I and the commissioner may post or reupload the image. My commissions are not to be resold for a profit. Adopts can be resold but please contact me about it so I at least know who the new owner is.
The commissioner may post the finished image on any site they please I only ask that link back to my Furaffinity and/or Furry Network is put somewhere in the description.

Commissioning Process

Commissioners that have decided what they'd like to purchase from me are to then send me an email at yggdrasill00commissions[at]hotmail.com You must give out a detailed description of the piece or I will consider it a wing it. Please make sure to have clear references.
Once I am paid I will add your information to my Trello and begin working on your piece.
I will send a sketch for approval and make any changes then before I move on to completing it.

Payment and Fees

Payments will be done only through PayPal.
I will send the commissioner my PayPal information once the commission is agreed upon.
I only take $USD
I will charge an extra (usually 5 to 10 USD) depending on the detail of the character like multiple limbs, really complex designs or complex wings. This will be at my discretion.
I do not accept partial payments.
Revisions
I will try my hardest to make sure fixes and changes are made during the sketch and flats stage after sending out a WIP.
I will not, however, make any changes/edits to completed images if I was not made aware of details prior to completion or that were not clearly outlined in the commission application.
It is the responsibility of the commissioner to send me up to date references or to point out any changes if the character reference is out of date before I start on the commission.

Refunds
I will refund in full only if I have not started the commission.
If I have sent a sketch and you decide you want a refund after approval I will charge a 25% fee for my time.
I will charge a 50% fee if you decide you want a refund after approving the flats stage.'
One the piece is completed I can no longer offer a refund at that stage.

Privacy
Keeping the commission private is alright with me and will not come with a fee. You may however have less chance of me accepting the commission if you do so and I will choose if I want to do it upon my own discretion. I keep all information private.

What I will/will not draw

I can draw the following:
Any species (including human)
Any gender
Any sexual orientation
Feral SFW
Most kinks not listed in my do not draw
Rule 34 (I will do my best to match the style of that game or show)

With that said about rule 34 I will not try to copy the style of other artists for commissions outside of rule 34 characters and will only draw in my style.

I will not draw the following
cub/shota/loli/underage in sexual situations
diaper
vore
scat
castration
gore (I can draw violent action scenes but this will be at my discretion)
snuff
