Upon commissioning the artist, the client has thus agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.══════════════════════════════════════════════════Base Rules:
1. I will not do work with minors regardless of subject matter.
2. I will not redraw entire compositions free of charge; please provide clear, correct, detailed information (preferably including reference images) defining what you want to avoid this. The better you communicate your desires, the more to your liking the product will be.
3. Prices may vary due to complexity of the desired piece.
4. Patrons may receive sketches if requested, but the request must be made before work has begun.
5. .PSD or .SAI files will not be provided.
6. I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any given reason.
7. It is up to the client to familiarize themselves with my work and my gallery, as I have a wide range of styles and artistic flexibility. Letting me know which style of mine you would like to see will help you to get a product you are most pleased with.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Concerning Refunds or Edits:
1. Refunds will not be given once the piece has been completed.
2. Minor edits are no issue (ex. changing skin color if it is off, etc.), though more time-consuming edits may come at a variable fee depending on complexity.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Cancellations:
1. Both myself and the client have the right to cancel at any time.
2. Should a commission be cancelled by a client, a full or partial refund will be provided. The refund issued will be equal to the amount of work not yet completed. (ex. no work yet completed, a full refund is issued. If half of the work is completed, a half refund is issued. So on and so forth.) The artist is entitled to keep a portion of the payment for the work which has already been completed.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Subject Matter:
1. The inclusion of genitalia in any piece will result in a slight increase in price.
2. I will not draw anything which is meant to be hateful or offensive to any race, gender, orientation or class of people.
3. I will not accept commissions which are intending to imitate any other artist's style; I will only draw art in my own styles.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Artist's Rights:
1. I retain ownership of the artwork; the client only retains the right to personal use of the image. A client may not use my art commercially, unless specifically discussed with me prior.
2. Should a term be violated by a client, I reserve the right to issue take down notices.
3. It is within my right to change my Terms of Service at any time without notice.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Client's Rights:
1. The client retains all right to their character(s).
2. The client may use their commission as a reference photo for other artists.
3. The client may only edit my work if only for it to be made into icons and banners; all other edits are prohibited.
5. The client may (and is in fact encouraged to) post their commission in their gallery or elsewhere; I only ask that you credit me upon doing so.
6. The client may NOT resell any work which I have drawn. Commissions are for personal use only.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Communication:
1. Emails will be sent to princearcaine@gmail.com; the client must include their online username within the email (preferably within the subject line). Note, this is not my Paypal email so do NOT send payment here.
2. Deadlines must be given with at least 2 weeks notice. Deadlines any sooner than this will result in an additional fee.
3. Commissions cannot be reserved through comments on pieces of art or in journals; you must message me privately to reserve a commission.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Payment:
1. I only accept Paypal as a form of payment and all payments are made in USD.
2. Once a commission has been reserved, I will ask for the Paypal email from the client so that I may send an invoice requesting payment.
3. Payment will be due up-front. If a client fails to pay within 24 hours, their commission reservation will be cancelled.*
4. The commission will not be started until payment is received.
5. I do not take partial payments.
*Exceptions may be given should there be a reasonable issue, in which case I will allow a week leniency.

Edits log:
(10/25/2018) Added LGBT content, same sex relationships and trans characters to the Do list. Added hyper and trans fetishization to the Dont list. These edits were made for extra clarity on preferred and denied subject matter.
