Terms Of Service
➻ I reserve the rights to all commissioned work unless discussed otherwise.
➻ I will not make a direct copy another artist work.
➻ I may use your commissioned piece for examples, in my gallery, and portfolio.
➻ I may also use the artwork for prints and posters for shows and conventions, Only If permission was given to me by the commissioner. (This manly applies to larger scale works)
➻ Once a piece is commissioned and completed the commissioner may use the image for personal icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and on personal sites for display. I would appreciate a link back where applicable.
➻ You may not re-post my work on any platform without written permission from me.* With the exception of commissioners who payed for the work payed for the right to re-post with credit where applicable.
➻ You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use.*
(* Do NOT use for prints, book illustrations, covers, non-profit making projects such as free online games, or any other publishing without permission (whether you make a profit or not)
You may not redistribute my artwork or use it for external projects such as games or ad banners, ect without my physical written permission.
➻ The prices listed on the site or in my galleries are for personal commissions only! If you intend to use artwork for non-personal or commercial use you must let me know in advance. No exceptions.
Pricing adjustments will be made accordingly based off of my time investment and the revenue you make off of my product. Unless It contracted work though a company or discussed otherwise I may take up a percentage of the final sales.
➻ Payment is non refundable. If the work is canceled by the commissioner, I will still charge for the hours put in to the work.
➻ Refunds are not offered for started or completed work. (however should there be a instance where I am unable to complete your work you will be repaid in full).
➻ Disclaimer, I reserve the right to turn down any commission or refund at any time before a commission is complete if I am unable to complete the original request.
