TOS 2016 (under construction)
So for now I'm just going to write down the basics and some new policies that I think would be good to try. I'm planning on editing this later will full ~legal~ stuff, but for now the basics are good enough.
Usage
-I'm allowed to post your commission within my personal public online galleries on any websites that I have listed on my profile such as: Weasyl, Picarto, FurryNetwork, DeviantART, Tumblr, Facebook, etc. You will always be given credit for your character. I will never repost your commission on e621, although you are allowed to as long as I'm credited.
-I'm allowed to use a commission I draw for you in any self-advertising within FurAffinity or any other galleries that I have listed on my profile such as: Weasyl, Picarto, FurryNetwork, DeviantART, Tumblr, Facebook, etc. You will always be given credit for your character being used in this way.
-You may use my art to make banners/avatars and the like for yourself if you are the commissioner or are featured in a commission belonging to someone else. I also ask that you somehow credit me for this usage somehow, though you're not required to link back to me if you choose not to.
-You may repost my art to your galleries within art-centralized websites as long as you LINK back to my FA profile or the profile I have set up for that website. I always require credit to be given to me as an artist. Certain social media sites are also allowed as long as you link back to me: Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and Tumblr. If there's a site you're unsure about then PLEASE ASK. I usually have no problem approving other websites as long as I'm aware that it's being posted there and you're not using my work incorrectly.
-You do not own the copyrights to the image itself. I retain those rights. Simply put, this means that you're not allowed to sell my artwork to make a profit such as in prints, mugs, book covers, or similar products. The only exception being if you're selling copyrights/ownership of your character and my artwork would be transferred to another user to post.
-Characters that I design and sell to you via adoptables or auctions cannot be resold for a higher price, as to make profit from them. UNLESS you have other commissioned work from other artists that are being sold with that character. At that point the price increase is up to your discretion, I however politely ask that you keep it within a reasonable limit. (Like, if you purchase a $5 chibi of a character I designed for you, you don't raise the price of the character $100 just because of that small chibi)
-I will not re-sell your commission as a print without asking your permission, first. And you will always be credited on the sale page if you choose to participate.
Payment
Please read the entirety of this paragraph to know what you're entitled to and what I require to do business with you.
It is your responsibility to make sure you're educated about my TOS before you commission me. I'm not at fault if you do not read it. By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS at it's latest update. If my TOS has been updated after your commission has been placed then you will be notified by a public journal post on my FurAffinity page.
-Refunds require at least a 2 month period without any updates.
-Refunds may not be immediate! I support my family with my commission work and therefore it may take up to a week for the refund to be made as my partner gets paid weekly. This does not mean that this will be the case every time. It all depends on what funds I have available to displace. Regardless, if your refund requested is accepted you will absolutely receive your money within a reasonable amount of time.
-Full payment is to be made upfront. The refundable amount will be based on the amount of work done at the time of the request. (Ex: If you order a $75 shaded comm. and you request a refund after the flats are finished, I will retain $60 as the cost of a flat colored image and refund the rest and provide all the files I have to you.)
If you have any questions, always feel free to ask!

The last one I wrote was in 2014 and was horribly out of date. ;v; I had to update it.
