I've been meaning to get this all written out for a while. I need a ToS for my crafts, and this will be updated as I improve and such. For now, this is a rough draft of what I'm thinking of.

This is the only way I will acknowledge commission requests unless stated otherwise.
-When requesting a commission, please tell me the following things at a minimum;
-What kind of article would you like? I can craft earrings, necklaces, and use a variety of materials for both.
-Please tell me how many you would like of each article. I.E. 2 pairs of earrings and 1 necklace, etc, etc.
-please tell me CLEARLY if you have any metal allergies. I mostly work with sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic. It is very important to me that I don't use materials that irritate any allergies you might have.
-please tell me any colors you'd like me to use. I will try and accommodate said requests if available.
-Earrings cost $25 USD per pair, up to 3 pairs. The 3rd pair costs $15 USD. Necklaces are also $25 USD, up to 3 sets. The 3rd necklace is $15 USD.
-Repeat customers will be added to a list that entitles them to a 10% discount on all future purchases. However, it will take a moderate amount of purchases to be added to this list.
-Out of country customers will need to pay $10 USD extra as a flat fee to assist me with payment for shipping. Shipping to anywhere outside of the US is pretty expensive, so I apologize.
-I hold the right to issue a refund and refuse a commission. I will always give you, at the very least, a civil reason as to why.
-Pictures of progress are available upon request. They will be sent Via Twitter, Telegram, or Email, whichever is easier for you to receive them.
-Tracking numbers will be issued if applicable. I will always try to use shipping methods that provide tracking numbers so that you can keep tabs on your purchase.
