——————————TERMS OF SERVICEPlease read my Terms of Service carefully before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the following:
●General Disclaimer
I usually open for commissions via journals, and by a first-come first-served basis.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission, for any reason that I may have, and without further communication. If I do cancel your commission, I will offer a full or partial refund, based on the amount of work that I have completed.
●Payment
All payments must be made in USD, and via Paypal. Payments must be made within 48 hours of me having sent you an invoice, or you risk your commission being canceled. That being the case, please make sure you have the funds ready, if you plan to commission me.
●Additional Fees
Commissions may be subjected to an additional fee, based on my discretion. Please look through my list of additional fees before deciding on your commission, so that the final price does not exceed your expectations. If you are uncertain how the additional fees will apply to your commission, please feel free to contact me.
Characters with complicated markings, clothes, or additional features such as wings, will be subjected to additional fees. NSFW content will also subjected to additional fees.
Simple backgrounds are complimentary. However, additional fees may apply, based on the level of detail requested in the background or scene. For example, a background of a simple room would be considered a Full Background, while an urban background would be considered a Detailed Background.
●Refunds
If you wish for a refund for uncompleted work, I can offer a full or partial refund, based on the amount of work that I have completed. However, I will not refund work that has been completed.
●Communication
Communication will be done mainly through email. When commissioning me, please make sure to frequently check your email, and respond to emails concerning your commission as soon as possible. If I do not receive a timely response from you, you will risk your commission being put on hold or canceled.
●Revisions
I will provide sketch previews of your commission, before moving on to the coloring. Please understand that it is difficult to make major revisions to the work past this stage, so be sure to point out any changes you will like made. I will be happy to oblige, as long as the revisions are within reason.
Past the sketch stage, minor revisions, such as of small markings or accessories, will still be allowed. Major detail changes that were not made known in the commission description will not be entertained.
●Usage Rights
Once the commission is complete, I will provide a full-resolution version, as well as a resized version for posting. Please feel free to repost, crop, or repurpose either versions, with the proper credits.
Please do not edit my work, complete or not, without my permission. Please feel free to ask for my permission, however; I am not unreasonable.
You may not redistribute my work, for profit, in any way or form.
As the artist, I reserve the right to repost, crop, or repurpose any work that I have done, for the sake of advertisement, or for my portfolio.
●Shipping
If you wish for your watercolor commission to be shipped to you, please contact me to discuss the shipping options. If not explicitly requested, I will retain the original copy of your commission. Shipping options are not available for digital commissions.
●What I Will and Will Not Draw
I typically accept requests to draw any species, including humans. However, please keep in mind that I am comfortable with some species more than others. I also prefer to keep my work SFW, but please feel free to contact me if you wish to have something NSFW done.
If you wish to commission work that I have not listed, such as sketches and reference sheets, please feel free to contact me.
Please do not commission work of characters that do not belong to you, unless permission has been given by their respective owners. I will refuse or cancel your commission, if the character does not belong to you, and the owner is disagreeable to the commission of their character being done.
