I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason at any point.
If money has been taken, you will be refunded. If work has been done on the piece, you may get a partial refund (case by case basis)
I do commissions on my own time and in the order I prefer. Commissions are NOT first come first serve. I may work on other things before yours or between it, including but not limited to: freebies, personal art or other commissions that may or may not have come in queue after yours. I do work according to my inspiration to best produce quality work.
If you drop communication for more than 30 days, you will be refunded or partially refunded and your spot given up.
If for some reason I refuse to continue or finalize your art, I retain the right to change/sell the artwork as is or changed. I will do my best to be fair, but I must make up for lost time/funds. I will not sell an OC, you retain all rights to your personal character's patterning. In such cases, the patterning may be changed with the same base.
I retain the right to post any and all artwork on my chosen sources. If you wish to be kept private, I do have a privacy fee and I may consider requests to be private on a case-by-case basis. You may post any art I do for you anywhere you'd like with proper credit given to me as the artist. You may NOT remove my watermark.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change based on complexity and changes. You may not edit art without permission or use my free art to promote a personal sale or profit from. The watermark must be left unchanged.
Changes may be requested to a finished piece, however I may approve or deny changes on a case-by-case basis and additional changes may come with additional charges.
I have the right to print and sell images I have drawn with your character and display them in the way I feel necessary. If you would wish to be kept private and avoid this, please see above regarding a privacy fee.

Scat
Diaper fur
Cub in any sexual or suggestive manner
Vomit
Hyper anything
Franchise characters (however OCs made in a style of such franchise may be acceptable)
Rape. (consentual BDSM is okay)
Racism/Extremist/Political (aside from satire such as "vote for Pedro"), Transphobic or anything hateful.
Cum in the mouth/on the face
NSFW Ferals (except Dragons)
NSFW Chibis or Stickers
Incest
Breasts too large for a characters frame. I will only draw realistically size breasts matched to the size reference of the character. Nothing unnatural or oversized even if not necessarily "hyper".
