Adoptable/Design Terms of Service

Payment:
Payment is via PayPal.
Payment is in USD.
Payment must be made within 24 hours or it will re-open again.
No refunds will be given once paid.
Payment plans are available for auctions that total 80$ or more, I require 50% paid upfront, and the other 50% within a week, no longer.
No holds. I don't have time to wait.

General rules:
Notify me of owner change! This is to avoid me assuming it's stolen and miss-used.
Do not take credit for the design.
Cannot be sold for more than bought for, UNLESS it comes with extra art to make it worth bumping the price.
May be traded or given away as a gift.
The "unwatermarked" version is a version with the watermarked shortened and moved on the tail or hip of the design.
Credit me (:iconCrystalRyuu) for the design at least the first time you use it, or when you re-upload the image.
The art of the design will be yours, but you may not claim the work as your own or edit without my permission. Credit must remain.
You do not get the .PSD file. No exceptions.

Rights to the adopt:
Once paid the adoptable is yours, the above rules still apply.
You may use the design in stories, artwork, crafts etc, however the winner sees fit.
Can be changed to any gender or species. (Unless the adoptable was a closed species.)
Can be changed however the winner sees fit.
Can be used for SFW or NSFW artwork.
Buying a closed species adoptable does NOT give you the right to make another one.

Before buying, please read all of the above, and if you agree you may bid. Bidding tells me that you agree to my tos for adoptions and that you understand and agree to all the listed above! All of this is subject to change. I maintain the right to refuse service and terminate the adopt and bidding contract immediately.

I reserve the right as artist, to refuse service to anyone without given reason at any time.

This is a list of individuals that are banned and blocked from commissioning, buying, and owning my artwork. Attempts to assist these individuals by breaking my terms will result in you being added to my blacklist as well.
