TERMS AND SERVICE
Please, please, please read this! (Please comment "AGREED" after reading all rules!)
WARNING: Failure to read and uphold said "Commission Rules" may result in commission(s) being declined or dismissed without warning!
Thanks for being interested in my art!
1.) If you want to commission me send me a note here on FA. Please don't send me a note if my commissions aren't open! Check my journal header, it tells all!
2.) I try to provide average times for my commissions. These times spans are how long it usually takes me to finish that type of commission. If you don't think you can wait that long, don't order. If I think I'll be taking longer than what is listed, I will let you know as soon as I can. NEVER message me asking about your art 1 or 2 days after ordering!
3.) As of right now, I accept payment before I start or half before, half later.
4.) I can draw almost anything, but if I think I'll have trouble with your character, I'll let you know. I also won't do extremely complicated characters. If have any questions regarding whether or not I can do you character, feel free to ask.
5.) Once you receive your commission, please save it to your own image host or computer. If I delete it and you haven't saved it, you'll lose the image and I will not do it again unless you pay for it again.
6.) Make sure that you really are satisfied when I give you the final product. I have a grace period of about 24 hours before I delete the .SAI or .PSD from my computer after which no changes can be made to your art.
7.) My art style is always "anime-like". I can do realism to a point, but I enjoy my style much more so I won't do realism, sorry. (Been practicing perfecting my own style for 13+ years)
8.) I can be very forgetful; especially since I have a job. Please don't hesitate to message me if I haven't finished your commission in a month or haven't updated you on the progress. I have a lot going on in my life and I forget things easily at times.
9.) I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, no explanation needed. (i.e Strict/Anal about your fursona's appearance... Sometimes accidents happen.)
10.) I can go off descriptions, but references are preferred (be as detailed as possible, if not I will automatically assume "Artist's Choice").
Payment Info
- Payments are through Paypal. No exceptions. Must be sent as purchase of services. USD only! PayPal can convert currencies!
- When giving payment please select "Sending Money to a Friend" so that I receive FULL payment!! (You don't see stores like Walmart being charged for you buying from them.)
- Payment plans (of $10+ at a time) are available for commissions over $50+.
- Payment must not be sent until I have confirmed that I have received your order in a note.
Extra Charges
- I will fix any mistakes I might have made (such as missing markings, improper coloring) for free.
- Any changes you want after significant progress on your art has been made will cost an extra $3+ depending on the commission type or complexity and how far into completion I am.
Other Info
- You may upload the finished art to your own websites, art galleries, etc. with credit to me.
- You may print the art, frame it, use it on shirts, blankets, etc.
- You may not sell the image as prints, on real life items, etc.
- You may not remove my signature from any artwork.
- You may not claim credit for the artwork.
