I figured I would add in a journal with my TOS and rules for commissions!

- COMMISSION RULES -
☆ Payment must be sent prior to starting.
☆ Paypal is the only acceptable method of payment.
☆ Payment Plans accepted with larger commissions.
☆ I do not charge extra for NSFW.

- COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE -
☆ The Artist has the right to refuse a service.
☆ If you are not happy with your commission I can change certain details of it but not the overall drawing.
☆ There will be a sketch approval sent. After the Commissioner approves, minor alterations will be made after line art is started.
☆ Clear visual references of a commission must be provided by the Commissioner. I will no longer be taking descriptions unless the Commissioner is commissioning a reference sheet.
☆ The Commissioner may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original commission. This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.
☆ The Commissioner cannot alter the artwork itself.
☆ The Commissioner may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be a unwatermarked version of the artwork.
☆ The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
☆ Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity and difficulty of each individual piece.

- REFUND POLICY -
☆ The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior.

Sketch Approved - 70% Refund
Lineart Started - 30% Refund
Color Started - 0% Refund
