so, my laptop finally decided to die on me, wont turn on, wont boot up. All my art programs, in progress works and commissions, everything are on that and i wasn’t able to back them up in time. Until I see if this is fixable I’m not sure I can get any work done

So the hard drive is probably okay.
You can get adapters that will allow you to plug the old hard drive into a usb port.
Once all data has been recovered, the old drive can be wiped and used for backup.
Drive caddies are cheap so you can get the data off it easy.
But if it won't start into the BIOS it won't be easy to diagnose.
On a long shot, pop the battery out, plug it in and attempt to boot. if it works, the charging circuitry is toast. I had a laptop like that once.
