1. General Rules:
-Please write in a clear and neat manner when commissioning me to avoid confusion.
-If you are rude to me in any way, you will be refused service.
-If I do not like your character, then I can easily refuse to execute the commission.
-I have the right to choose whether or not I upload your commission to furaffinity or any other site. (unless you choose to have a private commission.)
2. Payment:
I only take USD through paypal unless I make a journal specifically stating otherwise.
All commissions must be paid in full, upfront. I will not begin your work until I receive the full payment.
3. "Ahh, there's something wrong with my commission!":
-If I have made a mistake on your commission, please let me know so I can fix it!
-I will fix small details that might be overlooked like small markings/colorations free of charge.
-If you provided me with an unclear or shaded reference that caused me to have to improvise on markings, colors*, etc, and I got it wrong, there will be a fee associated with fixing it. This is because I am working from what I am given; it is not my job to go search for more pictures of you character to figure out its design. So PLEASE provide me with a good ref!
4. Copyright/Usage Policy:
-You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, journal skins, etc.
You may repost the commission onto your furaffinity, dA, tumblr, etc, but you must credit me. Uncredited artwork will be reported as stolen.
Crediting me otherwise is not necessary, but always appreciated!
5. Canceling / Refund Policy:
-If you'd like to cancel your commission, please note me. (PLEASE only commission me if you are serious about it. I will not refund you if you simply decide that you do not want it anymore.)
-Refunds are given if either:
I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
I have not yet begun your commission, and a time frame of a month or over has passed since you have fully paid for your commission.
-Any commission cancelled by me is guaranteed a full refund.
-Any commission cancelled by the commissioner before I have started it is given an almost full refund (I subtract Paypal processing fees.)
-Any commission cancelled after I have started does not qualify for a refund. Period.
