Chaossal here! Its time for our yearly watcher raffle! That we do to give back to our watchers for the help they give in spreading the word and donating to those in need!
Last year we had 29 people offer prizes for a total of 43 prizes!
If you would like to offer a prize let us know in the comments below!
Is your prize a bundle prize? As in 1 person can win 2 headshots and a chibi?
Or are they separate prizes?(If you are offering more then one)
Also all artists offering physical prizes need to be willing to cover shipping! Please state if you cover worldwide or only certain countries.
Here are the rules! You MUST be a watcher in order to count for the raffle! Please do not watch and then unwatch a charity group just because you did not win, that would be really awful of you.
But anyway! All watchers are free to enter, just say you would like to join and you will be given a number!
Offering a prize is entirely optional but the more prizes there are the more winners there are!
Raffle ends in 1 months time! On October 1st! Winners will be called in small groups and given 3 days to claim a prize before the next group of winners are noted to pick a prize!

And it would depend on the situation but if they where just being lazy then yes there would be a penalty if after a year they still have not done it, probably a block.
(After us messaging them about it and if they still refuse to do it)
They had personal issues
That the person(s) who didn't get thier art be put in an "adoption list" that another artist can choose give a prezzie too.
