YCH/Comission Terms of Service

- I have the right to deny any purchase if I am uncomfortable with the YCH/commission buyer, such as if I have had trouble with them in the past, feel they are too unreasonable/demanding/rude/etc., or any other reason, or if the character/scene they have requested is something I am uncomfortable with drawing and/or is more complicated than I feel comfortable tackling.
- Please FULLY read details on my YCHs and Commission rules to avoid confusion and possible disappointment with the final product
- I do not have deadlines for my art unless we have discussed beforehand or if the YCH description states a specific completion date. Sometimes I finish art within days, and on occasion months (usually only if I'm especially busy). You may check up with me for progress or reminders, but please do not be rude, I WILL get your commission done, but in my own time.
- You may request a full refund IF I have not started working on the YCH. If I have already started work on it, it is up to me to decide if you get a refund/how much. I do try to be as kind as possible in these scenarios.
- If you want to see WIPs please state so when you first order, as I do not always send WIPs by default.
- You may request minor fixes/changes/adjustments to the finished product one time after it is finished, but please try to be as clear as possible when ordering and/or checking WIPs so that this is not necessary. Any changes past once are up to me whether I'm willing to change it again or not.
- You may repost any artwork you receive from me onto your account or other websites as long as you give full credit for the artwork to me. A message letting me know you reposted is appreciated but not required.
- These ToS are subject to change if I think of more things to add, or if adjustments/additions need to be made due to a commissioner's behavior
