Commissions TOS



Please make sure you read all the conditions and rules before commissioning me.

By commissioning me you agree to all conditions and rules in this journal relating to those commissions.

I will not take responsibility for those who don't read all the conditions and rules.



Payment Types

I accept:

Paypal (USD only) and Amazon Gift cards

Full payment is required to be sent up front for each design before I will start it.

When I approve, I'll give you my paypal.

All images that are provided for these commissions, the commissioner agrees that they have the rights and the ownership of those images to use and to give me to copy or to draw on.

The commissioner also agrees to take full responsibility for any problems that may accrue from using unauthorized or stolen images that was provided by them to me for the commission.



Do's and Don't's

I will draw anything humanoid

Females and males. Females are my strong point

I accept all genders; heterosexual, yaoi and yuri 

I can draw anthro

I don't draw animals and realistic art/backgrounds

I can draw fanart

I can draw some armor

I can do nsfw

I don't draw real people

I play around with different styles. So if there's one you like in my gallery, show me. If you don't pick, I'll pick for you.

Anything that I don’t feel comfortable with drawing. I will let you know if this happens.

Anything that is not in my skills range. Again I will let you know if this happens.

I reserve copyright over my own work. Meaning commissioning me is for my labor. 

Please do NOT edit, trace, or copy my work.

Posting is fine, but please give credit and/or link back

Timeframe of commissions being completed

When I start a commission I can usually get it done in a timely fashion.

A day or three days to even 6 weeks when started depending on what is asked, how many, and real life events those weeks. (This time frame may vary) I do my best to not make a commissioner wait too long.

I have other real life commitments so commissions are done around that.

I also wish to keep my gallery active and will work on adopts as well as commissions and personal art at the same time.

If any unforeseen circumstances happen then I have the right to postponed commissions until the issue is resolved.

Cancellation and Refund rules

I will NOT accept cancellations for commissions after payment has been sent, or give refunds for commissions where I am drawing art of a pre-made character. 

If a chargeback is issued against me by a commissioner then I will NOT deal with that person again, and any designs that the chargeback amount was associated with will be forfeited by the commissioner and will return back into my ownership to do with as I please. And will be on the black list permanently. I keep track of who commissions me. So I will know who you are if you do.

I have the right to cancel any and all commissions for whatever reason that may happen.

 If I am the one that decides to cancel a commission for whatever reason then I will refund the payment for that commission in full.



Notes and Replies and General conversations.

Please allow up to a week for me to reply because my life gets busy sometimes.

If I send a note to you asking a question, then I expect a reply in a timely fashion.

Please do not give me the silent treatment if I have asked you for something. I would prefer a reply positive or negative rather then none at all. So if you can no longer pay, are no longer interested, or just don't know what to say, then just tell me so. I would prefer to be told then not have a reply at all.

I don't take much offence to stuff as I know that everyone is different and have different views, opinions, likes and dislikes.
