Terms of Service (CURRENTLY INNCORECT 7-21-19)

BluHunys Offical terms of service
Upon agreement of a commission, YCH, or any other service, you agree fully to all of BLUHUNYS terms of service. My wait time is about 2-4 months upon completed payment. This time can fluctuate depending on how many slots I have avalible or if I am taking care of emergency business. If that's the case, my main journal with my client list will be updated at the top with a simple explanation on why COMMISSIONS might slightly be delayed. Please allow 3-5 weeks for any shippable items to arrive to you past the completed file date.
Client list will be taken in ORDER unless you pay for a rushed commission. I will first attempt to alert you by sending you a message on whatever social media you messaged me on first. If no response, then that falls on yourself and not on me. You hold responsibility to respond so I may create a product that fits all your specified needs. Updates are only given when asked
Payments
Payments will be made with paypal.me, a link that goes right to direct payment. If youbwish to tip any amount let me know and I can send you a blank link so you may input whatever you feel is a decent tip. You may request a refund only within a 48 hour window of your first payment. I am not responsible for your loss of ability to make further payments. I accept payment plans with a non refundable option passed the 48hours. This deposit is specified on the post itself.
18+ commissions
NSFW commissions that I will not do are infants, Dipers, Pooping, and Human/Feral Beastiality shipping.
YCH
*YCH Auctions must be paid in full within 10 Days of winning. If it is not paid within 10 days a $5 late fee will apply for another 10 days. After this time you will be blacklisted and will not be able to bid on future YCHs.
- Time is always CALIFORINA time when I post a YCH Auction.
- Any ABs made after the 48 hour limit but before the auction is officially closed are up to my discretion and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
- Please check the TIMESTAMP of the bid before claiming it was before the 48 hour mark
-Buy now YCHs require immediate payment to claim your spot.
-If the BID ended and you decided you want to retract your winning bid, there will be a 25% fee that will need to be paid and you will surrender that spot. IF left unpaid YOU will be blacklisted from commissioning me or participating in any more of my services. If you retract AN AB or a BID rising over $75 and not pay the fee, there's a high possibility of an unpaid beware.
It is possible to buy a whole YCH to yourself.
-Don't bid if you don't have the money.
-Please read gender and species guidelines before bidding on a spot.
-If you would like a refund after you pay, you must resell the slot on your own behalf for the same or higher price, you may also pay the difference if sold for a lower price.
TRADES
Any form of trade that has been confirmed by me must be completed within 4 months unless a further agreement has been made. At the 4 month mark I will send a warning stating that I would like my side of the trade. If this side of the trade doesn't come I have full rights to create a warning post about you and your shop and charge you the full amount of the trade as if it was a commission.
ARTISTIC LIBERTY
There's a chance that if your character is an original species there may be slight differences to the style. Please tell me what species your character is before the commission. If it's a hybrid tell me what two creatures it's made up of including it's personality. Claiming artistic liberty means I will draw the character as naturally as possible with the information given to me.
THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW
Human x Feral, Furry x Feral, Feral x Feral, scat, diapers, Vomiting, Political drawings, Racist themed work, (please message me if you are unsure or are wondering if I will draw somthing that's not listed in this list)
THINGS I CAN DRAW
Weed, Alcohol, LGBT+, Smut, Gore, (please message me if something's not listed)
