Hey there and welcome to a new project! In lieu of another Maple's Story type project we’re going to be embarking on the exciting, dangerously time consuming adventure of a Choose Your Own Adventure type series! Chances are you’ve heard of a series like this, but if nothing comes to mind, let’s have a quick talk about it!
The earliest CYOA book I ever read was probably one of the myriad of Goosebumps type books. I remember enjoying them, it felt pretty cool to have some control over the plot of the story, even though everything was already written in advance. More recent examples of the genre could be found in MSPA (homestuck and that one with the police officer to name a few) as well as a handful of submissions hosted here on FA. There’s also Interactive Stories, such as on Writing.com although they follow multiple paths and for now, we’ll be sticking to just the one!

Details:
A new piece in this series will be posted once a week (subject to health and availability)
After each piece has been posted the audience will have 48 hours to vote on their preferred options
Patreons receive additional bonuses such as weighted votes and further voting options (more information in the FAQ link posted above)
Once voting has closed I’ll start work on the new piece and we’ll discover together the results of your votes!

I'm only one person so I'll only be able to handle the popular vote, my suggestion is that if you really want to see a story path come to fruition you either a, become a Patreon and make use of your weighted votes or you b, try and get as many of your friends as you can to vote one way, or the other.
As the story progresses, if people want to illustrate and/or write for branches that we can't explore I'd absolutely love that, and will be happy to post links to those submissions, etc! ^^
I suppose it's Choose Your Own Adventure in the sense that my watchers are collectively choosing the adventure, by popular choice. That said, if the terminology doesn't appeal to you, you're welcome to use your own terminology to describe it ^^
