The following Terms will be followed by myself and any commissioner. I have the power to change the policy at any time but any policy change will ONLY affect future commissioners, Current commissioner are exempt. As a commissioner you are expected to read, be familiar, and follow this policy.

I.Payment
I WILL NOT start any commission unless the full payment is made.
PayPal Preferred. When using Paypal Always use "No Address Needed"


II.Content

Will Never Draw: Scat, Watersports, Extreme Fat Furs, Rape, Inflation, Birthing, Vore, Realistic Animal Penes, Hyper, Herms

*Might Draw: Micro, Macro, MtF Transgender,,

Will Draw: Gay, Lesbian, Males, Sex, Bondage, Furry, S&M, Sci-fi, FtM Transgender, Melee weapons, Nudity, Partial Nudity, Masturbation,

Likes to draw: Tentacles, Oral, Designing characters, Panties, Tomboys. Femdom, Foreskin play.

Love to draw: Human X Furry , Kemonomimi (animal eared humans), Elves, Size Difference (at least 2 feet difference), My Characters, Monster Girls


* These subjects are open for discussion. Depending on what you want it drawn i may or may not draw it.

Even if something is not listed do not assume i will draw it. I hold the right to decline a subject if i don't like it or i find it offensive. This list is not complete so if your unsure if I'll draw something then please ask.

Prices are Base minimums and In the Event of Complex characters or Detailed oriented work, Prices subject to change.
Following base prices only include a single character with no background.

* In these i will enforce full artistic liberty, should you have any vague or open ideas or themes i will listen to them however i will retain full control. Males in these will never be erect.

IV.Applying for a Commission

I Will open commission slots via Journals ONLY Follow the instructions to apply. DO NOT note me please, i do not use notes for commission except to answer questions. THERE IS NO EARLY RESERVATIONS! PERIOD!

When you have a Slot your allowed to commission multiple pieces at once BUT you MUST pay for them all upfront at the same time.





V.Process

V.a. Commission Flow:

1. Application: Once the Commission Journal has been posted up You may to Send your commission request via e-mail.
The period to Request a commission will open when the journal is posted and ends when the journal is marked as closed.
Those who are granted a commission are contacted via e-mail, all others requests will be discarded. If your commission is not accepted i apologize.

Furthermore Any applications poorly/improperly formatted and marked will be discarded.

To Apply:

Title the e-mail As "<Your Name> Commission"

Include: Paypal Address:
Type of Commission: (sketch, Inks, mono-color, full color, Comic)
Number of Characters:
Clean, Mature, or Adult?:

Description of what you want:
ALL refs materials and notes:

This Is the format preferred.

PLEASE, make sure you put everything in a single e-mail AND keep descriptions brief. IF you should forget important details your required to resend the request in a fresh e-mail to me. It is my job to create your commission, it is your job to at have proper descriptions and refs to work from.

2. Reply: If i have accepted your request I will tell you i have accept your commission and/or answer any questions you might have. I will also tell you where to send payment and the price.

3 Payment: I will wait for payment and refuse to begin until you pay the full amount.
When Paying, Leave the Subject box and Description text boxes EMPTY!
DO NOT place your name, commission, or anything into these boxes. leave them BLANK.
your payment will be verified via your paypal address which you SHOULD HAVE supplied when you sent your application in.
MARK payment type as SERVICES.

4. Sketch: once I've received payment and all your details, i will draw a sketch of your commission and E-mail it to you. At this time state ALL corrections. You're responsible for reviewing the whole drawing and making sure everything is satisfactory. If i see something that i know i must fix i will E-mail you of the correction. Once you give the okay to this NO Major corrections will be made to line art.
EX: Changing where/how a hand is.

5. Inking: I don't send you the inked version to be OK'ed, but you do hold the right to request it and make MINOR changes.
EX: adding claws or make fur more pronounced.

6. Coloring: once inking is done i immediately proceed to coloring and will color the whole image. Once coloring is done i will send a preview and you may point out any color tweaks you see fit.

7. Finalized: With the colored version OK'ed. I will send you the full version to your e-mail and your more than welcome to leave a review of your commission here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/706053/

V.b. Lack of Contact

1. During the commission process, should i lose contact with you for an extended period (Over a week from last contact attempt, only two attempts will be made.) after you've paid, you will be dropped and your rights to the piece will be lost, A full refund will be issued, abandoned pieces will have the characters modified and redesigned to become my sole property.




VI. Revisions & Modifications

There is only a set number of Revisions/Modifications per Commission Type. Going over the cap will incur an Additional Fee.

Sketches - 1 Revision
LineArt - 2 Revisions
Monocolor, Full color, Artistic Nudes - 3 Revisions
Comics, Ref Sheets - 4 Revisions

Revisions above the cap will incur an additional $5 fee per revision

It is STRONGLY suggested when asking for revisions/modifications, you review the WHOLE commission and list EVERYTHING you'd like revised. Also try be specific, Vague instructions such as "Bigger" or "Larger" hold no real meaning and in most causes lead to more revisions. Each e-mail sent to me listing revisions will count against you. Any "oh I forgot to mention..." e-mail is not acceptable to send once you've already sent for revisions, so again, make sure you list EVERYTHING you'd like revised in a single e-mail.





VII. Rights and Usage: Do's and Don't

Commissioner Rights:
- The right to post The low-rez version publicly
- The right to Use the image for personal use, including but not limited to: Desktop Wallpaper, Icon, Print for personal use.
- Please leave my signature visible if possible, if not please credit properly.

Please Don't:
- Redistribute High Rez copies Or PSDs.
- Print for Sale
- Alter without Permission
- Trace

Artist Rights:
- I Hold the rights to commissioned artworks unless other arrangements are made.
- I Have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.



VIII. Refunds

At anytime i hold the right to drop your commission. Should i drop your commission i will Promptly issue a full refund.

You may also cancel at anytime, However you are only eligible for a full refund if i have yet to begin your commission. Once i have started your commission it will only be possible to receive a partial refund.
