By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below, regardless of whether you've read them or not.
I have the right to update/add/take away any terms to my TOS as i see fit without further explanation.

Ordering your commission
~Please check what I will and will not draw, listed below, before sending in your form
~Please fill out this form here *Commission order form*
~if you have any questions feel free to send me a note here on FA or email me ^_^
~Please include a clear, unshaded ref(s) of your character(s) with a description as detailed as you can about what you'd like me to make for you. I will not accept only descriptions unless they are super simple (i.e- White cat with blue eyes)
~Having extra reference pictures of poses or other features of your commission you'd like is always welcome!
~If you want a NSFW drawing you MUST be 18 years of age or older and state this upon sending for a commission


Payment
~if you wish to see a WIP before payment i can send a rough sketch before sending payment for approval upon request, otherwise full payment can be sent after approval of commission
~I only accept paypal
~I will send you an invoice through Paypal with your commission total
~I will not give refunds once payed.
~(please note that the total may be higher than the starting prices listed, due to complexity or nature of the commission)

Waiting for your commission
~Please allow up to three months for commissions to be completed! In most cases you'll get your commission within a few days
~I occasionally send you WIP's through a link to dropbox or by email. But WIP's are not guaranteed.
~It is ok to come and ask me about your commission, but please do not ask repeatedly. If i feel rushed in any way i may not be able to finish your commission to my best ability! Please be patient, art takes time and skill.
~Once started i may not accept changes to character or commission request. Message me about any changes you may need and we can discuss whether or not I'm able to make them. I'll try to be as flexible as i can!
~Before you message me about updates you can always check my Trello Queue *Here* Which is always accurate and updated within the hour of completion/updates

Finished commission
~You are never allowed edit or change one of my drawings without my permission. If you want something changed please let me know and ill help you! (This includes cutting the photo to not show my signature watermarks (unless for an Icon), recoloring, changing lines, markings, ect)
~Once I've finished your commission i will upload it to any of my Galleries such as FA, DA, Tumblr, my website, etc.
~If wished to stay private please let me know ahead of time!
~I will require a $5 "Privacy fee" to keep commissions from being posted to my social medias and galleries. Since this will hinder my advertising a bit. Thank you for understanding <3 (This does not include YCH's unless stated otherwise) When doing this you may not repost either. I will not hold commissions from my gallery that are being posted elsewhere ^_^
~I can make a post "Anonymous" for no extra cost
~You will receive a high res version (PNG) You are not allowed to sell prints without my permission, however.
~If you are unhappy with the commission please let me know right away! I'll try and fix any mistakes I've made or make adjustments where needed (if at all possible)

Reposting
~Please be sure to give proper credit to me as the artist when reposting. Linking is not necessary but recommended <3
~You as the commissioner have full rights to the character, not the art. I still have all the rights to repost, advertise, make prints, etc. with the art I create (proper credit to characters will be given always <3 )
~Do not sell/recreate/trace/reference/or claim as your own! This includes making shirts/stickers/or any merchandise to sell. Even if you are the commissioner. You may however purchase items for your use only! (nonprofit)
~I will not remove signatures or watermarks
~Profiting off my work in any way is strictly prohibited unless discussed otherwise with me

Important to note
~I am still developing my art style, and you may see changes or inconsistency from piece to piece.
~I will NOT draw copyrighted characters that do not belong to the commissioner (characters from games i.e Pokemon are fine, and will have rights given to them as well for copyright purposes and MUST contain your own characters along with them)
~There are still some things i am not comfortable or able to draw yet. If i decline you please don't be upset, i just don't feel comfortable charging for something I'm not confident in making!
~If i am unable to finish your commission, for any reason (including but not limited to, sickness, broken equipment, inability to draw what is asked) a full refund will be given.
~I am still new with drawing female characters and their anatomy, i may feel uncomfortable or inexperienced for certain subjects involving female characters. I am open to draw them, SFW and NSFW, however i may ask for something more simple for the time being <3 Thanks for understanding
~I can't draw detailed realistic backgrounds yet, however a simpler background setting is perfect. Please see past works for examples of what I'm capable of doing.
~I do have preferences with NSFW, please don't be offended if i decline your commission <3

~Depression/anxiety/sadness/self harm/sensitive or touchy topics
~Forceful situations (however there may be a limit!)
~Scifi/steampunk/imaginary etc...
~Some kinks (please ask to verify or check my gallery for past works)
~Chubby (nothing too huge or unhealthy)
~Feral (SFW and maybe NSFW, ask)
~I will only draw human and canine penises. I am uncomfortable drawing other types. Some Dragon penises are ok!

Things i will NOT draw
(including but not limited to)
~~Babyfur (younger is ok, but please verify with me!)
~diapers
~Humans (sorry strictly furry)
~Inflation
~Overly fat or skinny characters (a little chub is fine, heck i like it!)
~Micro/macro
~Watersports/skat
~Any more the 2 characters in a NSFW setting
~suicide (while ill draw some very sad and emotional art, suicide is a no no. Too sensitive to a lot of people, including myself)
~Anything that i may come across that makes me uncomfortable or just don't like
~Vore (light maybe???? just ask!)
~Herms (this doesn't always include Transgender! Please ask for clarification)
~Double+ penises
~Overly large genitalia or breasts
~Characters with large muscles
~I MIGHT do tentacles but ehhh ask me first please
~Horse,barbed, or any other realistic feral genitals (both male and female) besides Canine.

~I will not draw my characters (or my husbands!) in a sexual way with anyones character besides my own! Please do not ask for me to draw, or commission/request/draw yourself, with your character and mine or my husbands character. They are strictly off limits. We are Married irl, and our characters are too attached to us and we do not wish to draw them in intimate, or otherwise sexual relations with any other character but themselves. Thank you for your understanding <3

If you're unsure, don't be afraid to ask! But please don't be offended if i turn something down. I don't wish to shame anyone, i just don't feel comfortable with some things. I have the right to decline if i feel uncomfortable in any way.
