Last changed: September 6th, 2017, p. 1.2.1
The most important parts are in bold. Mostly nothing new if you've commissioned any artist before, but nonetheless those are an important formality.
1. General info
1.1. Commissioning work from me implies that you accept each and every rule written here.
1.2. I have a right to deny your commission request with or without any explanation. If money has been sent, you'll get a full refund.
1.2.1. I'm really passionate about: all kinds of tech stuff, sci-fi and fantasy settings, armor and weaponry
I will draw: humans, most kind of NSFW artwork (exceptions below), including light/medium gore, WS and most fetishes (once again, exceptions below).
I may or may not draw depending on the context: furry/human, watersports
I will not draw: scat, vore, diapers, inflation/expansion fetish, bestiality, hyper, babyfurs and any underage characters in sexual situations.
I lack experience with: feral, transformation, multiple limbs and/or... well, other body parts. In case you want artwork that features any of that, it's implied that you understand that it may not turn out to be as good as you imagined it. For that reason I would discourage you from commissioning this kind of stuff until I get more competent.
2. Refund policy and payment
2.1. Available payment options: Skrill, Payoneer card-to-card, PayPal, Western Union, Transferwise, MoneyGram and what have you. Fees up to $5 already included, $5+ fees should be paid on top.
2.2. I won't send you any WIPs (sketch included) until I receive at least 50% upfront. You should pay for your commission in full before I send you the high-res unwatermarked finished picture.
2.3. I will only accept full refunds if I haven't started the commission (and believe me, in most cases I start it pretty quickly - that is, if my queue contains less than 3 commissions). Please be a responsible commissioner and don't write me 'on a whim'.
2.4. If you're not satisfied with what came out, I can redraw it (twice, in fact, if you don't like the way the first redraw turned out), but only if your edits are consistent with the stage at which artwork is now. For example, if you want to change the position of an arm, I can only do this at sketch phase and unlikely to do it when I've just sent you a drawing for a final review.
2.5. Please be precise with what you want changed. References are greatly appreciated and will save time both for you and for me.
3. Deadlines
3.1. If you need your commission done by a certain date, tell me about it beforehand. Please be reasonable - I may not be able to deliver it in a day or two. I'll charge extra for deadlines that are less than 10 days away from payment date - plus $5 per each day off. For example, if you want it done in 5 days, then you'll pay (10-5)*$5=$25 more. But it's more often unnecessary than not - see below.
3.2. If nothing extraordinary happens, you'll get it in a week or less, especially if my waiting list is short. It may, however, take up to one month to finish a commission depending on the circumstances. If I for some reason fail to deliver it within month since payment, you'll get an extra colored sketch of 1-2 characters.
3.3. If you don't want it uploaded until certain date (e.g. you want to make someone a gift) - tell me about it beforehand as well.
4. License and usage
4.1. I retain a right to use your commissioned drawing on any site (including FurAffinity) for any not directly profitable purposes (e.g. examples of artwork), unless requested otherwise by a commissioner beforehand.
4.2. You (the commissioner) have a right to upload it whenever you want unless previously agreed otherwise, provided you give me the credit (it's enough to just link back to my profile, but links to original uploads are greatly appreciated)
4.3. The commissioner has a right to edit a commissioned artwork, provided they credit me.
4.4. I give my implicit consent to usage of any commissioned artwork for profit by commissioner and/or any people whom the latter gives permission to do so only.
4.5. Third parties have no right to upload, edit or use artworks not commissioned by them for personal profits, unless they receive the permission of a commissioner.
