It's back again this year, and with a success of 76 participants last year, I don't see why not. It was well done and everyone did such an amazing job on their gifts. This year will play out in a similar fashion with maybe a few tweaks to the already familiar rules.

The secret santa account will FAVORITE any pic shared to it via shout or pm or comment, so yeah share so everyone can see all of the holiday cheer!

DA RULEZ

Secret Santa is simple. You get a random recipient from the list of participants and you make a gift-art for them! All the while someone does the same for you! Now keep in mind that this is for amateur to highly skilled artists only and everyone is subject to a quality check. This is mostly to prevent free-art fiends.

When you're artwork is COMPLETE, email it to me at windmasterben[at]gmail.com or share via Dropbox or a image site so I can at least see the piece. I need to know who's got their stuff done and who doesn't to help manage the event.
When the day comes to give gifts, you can upload it to your own gallery and share the link with your recipient. The date for gift giving will be December 25th, Christmas of course.

Backup Squad
A number of amazing people last year picked up the slack for those that didn't recieve a gift, taking on more work than the average person and made sure everyone had a gift. If you want to volunteer, just say so. Backups are needed AFTER Christmas and we know for sure who does and does not have a gift.

Bullet Points:

• USE A CONSISTENT NAME because a few people were using different names throughout their to-from and FA page, so if you don't want your gift to get lost, make sure it's consistent. If all else, just use the name on your FA page address.

• MUST BE AN ARTIST of some acceptable skill level. Though I'm rather flexible on this. Writers are also welcome, just specify that on the form.

• DON'T TELL YOUR RECIPIENT! That spoils the surprise and that's best part!

• RESPECT CHARACTERS! Don't be a Grinch. Keep to the wishes of others and be kind with characters. Unless specified otherwise.

• DEADLINE! Have your art in some presentable form by the 25th of December, and must be delivered no later than the 31st. When you are done, say that you're done on this journal so I can keep track of everything. There is no need to show me the art, I will trust you have it done.

• FAILURE to post about completing your artwork, or failing to complete the artwork will put you on the naughty list, which is the list of those who did not complete the secret santa. Shame. Shame. Shame. Dingaling.
