Commissions and Trade status can be located on my profile.
How to commission me?
A submission/journal will be posted, please fill out the form that is provided within the comment section. If accepted and responded to to, send a note with title marked as "COMMISSION (private or public)" (Please have everything ready in the note: reference of the character and any changes that may apply (for outdated reference sheets. Please provide example images), pose, outfits/accessories, background etc.)
General:
1. I only accept USD PayPal for payments. Funds must be sent for Goods/Services with no address needed selected. Unless a hold is arranged, payment is expected within 24 hours. Work will not begin until payment is received. No e-checks.
2. All bases are used within their specified terms and conditions. You may upload your designs to any websites you use. However, the base's creator and myself must both be credited in the description somewhere.
3. Do not remove any signatures on images. All signatures on designs and commissions/customs are from the base's artist and must be left in place.
4. I reserve the right to use any of my works for promotions, examples, etc unless told otherwise.
5. Designs, customs, and commissions can all be claimed through notes.
6. You may buy a design or commission something as a gift for another person, however, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. (Refer to do's and don'ts below.)
7. *I reserve all rights to cancel a commission if the customer does not respect any point of this ToS.*
Customs and commissions:
1. All prices listed are an estimation and may increase depending on the complexity.
2.. Wait for my approval before sending payment, and include your username in the subject line or send a screenshot of the payment being sent through (unless it's DA points).
3. Failing to pay after 48 hours of me accepting your commission and order will be automatically CANCELLED.
4. I reserve all rights to change everything already done with the piece, if it's a ych auction, custom, adopt or a base if it is cancelled.
5. If a hard deadline is required, an extra fee will apply. The amount of the fee will vary with your piece's complexity and how soon it is needed by (I do still have classes so be aware those do come first before my Queue.)
Adopts (Respect any rules placed outside of the ToS as well):
1. I mainly require full payments upfront through Paypal unless a payment plan is agreed on (refer to payment plan terms below) or if the commissioner resides on deviantart I accept DA points if paypal is not available to them.
2. Wait for my approval before sending payment, and include your username in the subject line or send a screenshot of the payment being sent through (unless it's DA points).
3. Failing to pay after 48 hours of me accepting your commission or offer, your offer will be automatically CANCELLED and the character will be placed back up for adoption.
4. After payment is sent, unless circumstances prevent me from completing your piece, there are no refunds, unless payment plans are agreed on. (refer to payment plan terms below)
5. You may re-sell designs if no longer used or wanted, but you may not sell for more than you paid unless the design comes with more art than when you originally bought it.
6. Must keep her for about a year before reselling (must notify me a week before you place them up for adoption as well as who adopts them please)
~Payment plans~
1. All payments MUST be USD Paypal through good/services with no address needed selected. I will NOT accept E-checks or anything like that.
2. If you choose to withdraw or cancel within 25-50% of payments, there will be a 20% refund.
3. Absolutely no refunds after the 50% mark--please be certain you want to buy a design when you claim and pay for it.
4. You will be noted as a warning if I do not get your first payment within the expected 24 hours. After 2 days you will be black listed if there is still no payment.
5. If you use, steal, copy or resell the character without finishing payments, you will be blacklisted and receive no refund.

Plan A) Two Payments
Plan b) One high payment then smaller payments
Plan C) Small Payment then two large payment
Plan D) Half up-front then lower payments

• Characters of most ages.
• All genders.
• Ferals, Anthros, Taurs, Etc.
• Most Species.
• Any Gender Pairing.
Possibly (ask to be sure):
• Fan Art.
• Gore/ Violence.
• Breedables
• Baby Characters
• Robots and humans
Will NOT:
• Free Art (Reserved for friends and family only)
• Copyrighted characters.
• NSFW, including explicit nude.
• Heavy musculature.
• Smoking/Drinking/Drug Use.
• Kinks/ fetishes.
• Rape/ Torture.
• Anything hateful toward any gender/ race/ orientation/ religion/ etc.
• Stolen characters/Copies of characters
By commissioning me, adopting from me, you acknowledge and agree to my terms of service.
