Raffle?
I'm almost at 300 watchers, and while i don't like to obsess over how many watches I have, i still think it would be neat to hold milestone prizes for the the 100 mark milestones.

I think that badges sounds best.
I'd say I like to see backgrounds, but Backgrounds are hard. I don't like doing them myself.
SO How about interaction instead? A focus on interaction of the character with the environment
whether it be the audience, another character, or the background.
And more of Bicker XP

However I would love to see more creations of Base's they seem to be a huge hit allot around but more of original things like maybe Made up creatures?
