Okay so I finally wrote down my terms of service! Most of this is pretty standard, but it does contain a list of things I will/won't draw so it's a good idea for anyone looking to commission me to look through it c:
If you don't read the TOS/other requirements as listed in the descriptions of my YCH, I can't help you with any complaints you might have about the finished commission ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service.
This is for the safety and security of the client and artist.

MUST BE 18+ TO ORDER NSFW ARTWORK FROM ME. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MINORS WHO LIE ABOUT THEIR AGE
As the artist
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN DOWN ANY REQUEST
I reserve the right to refund at any time if I feel I am unable to complete the request
I reserve the right to update or clarify any of these conditions at any time or as need be to better protect myself as the artist and you as the commissioner from misunderstanding or wrongful harm
I retain the right to post the finished piece for self-promotion on my FA, tumblr, etc or stream it. However, a request can be made to not post the piece for privacy reasons. This request nulls the commissioner’s privilege to repost the piece.
As the client
The client retains all rights to their character(s).
The client may use the art freely as a reference for other artists.
Only the client has the right to repost the image with credit to myself, the artist, via links to any of my social media or online galleries.
The client can give others permission to repost so long as I, the artist, is credited via a link to any of my social media or online galleries.
It is greatly appreciated that you direct any favorites to the original piece if I've posted it
Communication
Make sure all information that you give me is clear and correct. The client is fiscally responsible for any misinformation I am given that results in mistakes in the commission. If you’ve made a mistake, contact me as soon as possible.
Payment
PayPal USD only
Customer is required to pay up front; if prices are any higher than $100, partial payments can be made – ie for a painted sketch that costs 120 usd, 60 usd would be transferred to me before starting work and 60 usd once I’ve provided a sketch.
You are receiving digital items only
I will invoice you the amount due
Character complexity may cause the price to fluctuate – ask me if you’re unsure.
Refunds
I reserve the right to refund you at any time for any given reason
If you, the commissioner, request a refund or have cancelled for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund if I have not started your commission. HOWEVER, if I have begun work on said commission you will only receive a partial refund depending on how far I’ve gotten. You’ll be able to do as you please with the partially completed commission.
Fully completed work is not eligible for a refund
I expect YOU to provide as many accurate references as possible to prevent misinterpretation. An image of any kind is preferable, but I'll also take written descriptions.
If you are unsatisfied or have any concerns, please contact me, the artist, before disputing via paypal
Subject matter
If something you want isn’t on this list, don’t be afraid to ask me about it.
I will not draw anything that can be considered discriminatory and/or hate speech ie homophobic, racist etc.
I will not draw minors in sexual/sexually suggestive images.
I will draw males, females, any sort of trans/nb/intersex characters etc. I will draw characters transforming from one gender to another, with the exception of nsfw pieces. I will draw pre existing characters as a different gender. I can draw alien/monster genitalia like double dicks, tentacles etc, so long as they don't violate the 'no fetish genders' rule below. If you want animal genitalia you have to provide the reference yourself(drawn, not photos!). Other things I’m willing to draw are transformation, macro/micro, multiple arms/heads, wings, m/m, m/f, f/f, bondage, chubby/fat characters, blood without excessive gore, robot gore, backgrounds ranging from simple to very complex.
I will NOT draw fetish genders: ("cuntboys", "dickgirls", "herm"), scat, water sports, diapers/babyfur/cub, vore, that rubber doll tf thing hyper genitals/breasts, gore/guro, rape/nc, extreme weight gain, inflation, incest. I will not draw mlp style ponies, but I can adapt a pony design into an anthro horse for a piece. I will also not draw pokemon in sexual situations.
If I found out you've lied to me to get around the fetish genders rule, or any of the other rules, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A BLACKLIST AND BANNED FROM COMMISSIONS/YCHS PERMANENTLY.
Extra charges
Deadlines are required to be presented weeks to months before you buy a commission.
TWO WEEKS is the minimum amount of time you can request a deadline.
Prices range from $20-$50 depending on time frame
The sooner you need it, the more it will cost
