These are people who are banned from commissioning me, along with WHY, so other artist who see this may have a small warning if they are contacted by these people.

Reason for Ban:
tl;dr Broke T.o.S
Broke terms of service after agreeing to it, and asked for a refund. No actual conflict, completely civilized and understood that after breaking ToS that they'll be banned from commissioning me.

Commission recieved: August 29th, 2016 (some what long wait due to no access to tablet for over 2-3 weeks, new tablet i wasn't used to, and tons of stress and problems irl, kept updated through journals on my page that she had seen)
Reason for Ban:
tl;dr Rude, filing charge-back on piece finished 3 months prior
Noted me August 29th, 2016, Complaining that they hadn't recieved their commission yet. Demanded a refund of either $7 (I keep $3 for the "few minutes of work that barely identify as their character") or the full $10 because I was doing a colored sketch iron artist to get used to my tablet before working on more serious and detailed commissions as to not produce something I wasn't happy with. This was explained in the iron artist journal, along with a few others. I explained again what was going on and that I had been giving updates through my journals, she proceeded to tell me they were sob stories, during this time I posted a journal saying how I was working the best I could, and to please not rush me, which she had told me "So posting journals about it because you are upset and feel some injustice because not everyone feels sorry for you is making it worse." After rushing and what I felt was harassment, I finished her commission that day, giving her them as soon as they were finished.
Coming back 3 months later on November 17th, 2016, she noted me asking "What happened to my commission? It disappeared from the que?" Along with filing a claim on Paypal saying she had not received the work. With a comment on it stating how I've had over enough time to finish it, and with no progress, they want a full refund. After responding to this with proof of giving them the commission, along with the commission itself again, it was escalated to paypal and changed to say she didn't get what she had paid for.
Have caused me to go into minor panic attacks that consist of shaking and loss of breath

Reason for Ban:
tl;dr Slander, Spamming, Harassment, Threats, Name-calling, Threatening to break T.o.S
A mutual had commissioned a reference for them as a gift. They had approved every stage of said commission without complaint, any complaint that was made was addressed and approved. 2 days after the finished product had been sent (Feb. 13, 2021) They had talked to the mutual and after learning that the flat colored image was the final result, complained to the mutual about the fact the ref wouldn't be shaded and that I was refusing to do so when the mutual had mentioned the shading inquiry to me. Still without contacting me since the finished product was given, they had written up a defamatory message about the situation to post with the finished ref. The mutual had gotten them to finally reach out to me about any changes they'd like made. Despite my T.o.S. stating I didn't make major alterations after specific stages, only sometimes accepting them for a fee, I allowed them to have alterations made, for free, to the finished piece. I also made a agreement to shade one front view of the reference as compromise. (This shaded portion was never done, as they had cut contact with me before I could do so, before then harassing me. The mutual, paying party, had allowed this decision as well.) The receiver had also inquired about my T.o.S. specifically the policy on my work being edited. They were questioning on if I allowed others to edit refs, to make updates or changes, and if I didn't how it negatively affects the commissioner due to me requiring them to either get a new ref sheet (from me or someone else) or pay and wait an unknown amount of time to receive the alterations. I had explained how that's not the case, and that most times if I have the original file, I will make alterations for free, as quickly as I can, and only charge a fee if it's a MAJOR change. The last part of the situation where I actually had any contact with them, was while making alterations to the characters feet, I had kept trying to understand what they wanted, as well as making alterations that I had hoped both gave them what they wanted, as well as made it feasible for the character to stand. This was the situation that had made everything blow up the worst. My desire to get the ref perfect for them led me to keep trying to fix it, with them telling me to just stop. I still tried over and over. I shouldn't have pushed it, but my intention was for them to be happy with the results. After this incident, they had left the group chat with Them, The Mutual, and myself. They had been continuing to contact the mutual about the commission, but not me. This eventually got to a point of them noting me, telling me I needed to stop dodging them and be professional, even though they hadn't contacted me, which I had responded to mentioning I couldn't contact them, as their discord was set to friends only, and I didn't know their FA till the notes.
They eventually got to a point of threatening to spam me, sue me for unlawful use of their character after canceling the commission, and just full out spamming me eventually. I had blocked their account after the mutual had made it clear that I could cancel the commission / see it as finished, and the personal decision to block for my mental health after the professional requirement was lifted. After I had blocked them they had made 2 accounts to still contact me. They were flooding my shouts, and comment sections of my art. This totaling over 50 separate messages. Including a note calling me a Bitch and threatening how they'd spam me constantly on every website I have. They then eventually posted the art along with the defamitory description, claiming I ignored every change they asked for, as well as publicly stating that they will be violating my T.o.S. and having others edit and use my work. I had to submit a ticket to FA to finally get the harassment and slander to stop after the accounts made to evade my blocking had been perma-banned and their main account was banned for an amount of time.
