¡Terms of Service!


• Please provide accurate and current reference; text or images.
• Once I finish your order I'll note you with the link to the finished work. I submit all my commissions to my gallery, if you want to make your order private please let me know!
• please you may use the finished work only if credit is given to me
• English is not my native language, so please keep text descriptions as simple, understandable, and short as possible please.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time. And i reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to poor communication, or rude or inappropriate behaviour. I will refund the remaining balance of the commission taking into regard any work done so far. There are NO refunds on completed work.
• I will send a preliminary sketch, and if you like and you approve, you pay me of my mail paypal and then start working on your commission.
• Work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM I do not work on commissions or YCH on weekends
• In the case of YCH, you must pay me first to start working on your YCH

Usage:
- I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. You do, of course, retain full rights to your character.
- I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to the image. This includes, but is not limited to, producing and selling prints or portfolios (print or CD) and/or posting to my online galleries.
- You have permission to alter/crop/edit/etc your commission for signatures, icons, and so on provided there is credit.
