π± STEP ONE π±β’ Make a post to your journal. The post should contain your list of ten holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV"). The important thing is to make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
β’ If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) can get in touch with you. Your home address is not required!
β’ Make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.
π± STEP TWO π±β’ Surf around your friends list (or friends of friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now, here's the important part...
β’ If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes one person's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use - or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free - do it.
β’ You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf - to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not - it's your call. There are no guarantees with this project, and no strings attached. Just... wish, and it might come true. Give and you might receive. You'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

3. A warm hat and scarf. I like hats and scarves and I need more of them for the cold NYC winters.
4. Stuffed animals, especially from Douglas Cuddle Toys. I love having things to cuddle during sleep.
5. A T-shirt from Hyena Agenda. I really like their stuff and I've been meaning to get something from them. Surprise me <3
6. Something with a rainbow design on it. I like the GAAAAAAAAAAY rainbow flag design and would like more stuff with it.
7. Now for something naughty, a Bad Dragon toy. Especially a Chance! *blushes*
8. Amazon and Ebay gift cards. I often don't know what I want to get so something more general would be nice.
9. A bottle of alcohol. Especially something more exotic like soju, absinthe, or mead.
10. AHA! Since it says to list the biggest wishes last, I'll just gently say that I'd love to have some money to save up for Anthrocon 2017. I could use a vacation after the stress I've been going through lately. But I can't be too mad. I've already got a lot of the things I need and want already. β₯ I hope everyone can get even just one nice thing this year, whether it's a physical gift or something good that just makes your heart happy.

NYC is generally either very hot or very cold with a few days of moderate weather.
And my mom got me a new hat and scarf for my birthday.
