Bad Idea #31: Hitching Post

This one is relatively tame for a Bad Idea. A nude male is standing, arms bound behind his back, near a hitching post or rail. He might be (ball-)gagged. There is a collar around the neck of his scrotum and a line/leash/lead rope is tied to the hitching post or rail. He has been left there much as horse might be left tied up.
One variant that come to mind are the addition of other males also tied up. I can just see this outside an old west style saloon or similar. Another would be to make the lead short and tie it low, but not too low. This would leave the tied male crouching and unable to sit or lie down (as with the original, I expect) but also unable to stand up fully.

It is a neat thing. If I could figure out how set things up halfway sensibly... or at least arousingly enough for nonsense not to matter too much...
