ALLERGY WARNING
I have two dogs in the house, and hairs might get into materials. I vacuum clean everything before shipping, but hairs may still be present. If you are very allergic to dogs it might not be best to commission me.
QUOTES
Quotes do not hold a commission slot or agreement. They only contain the price of your costume. You will have to accept and pay the first 30% to get a commission slot. Know that when filling out the form, you are seriously considering purchasing a fursuit from me and are expected to pay the first 30% within 3 days.
Please provide a clear and SFW 2-3 view reference sheet of your character. You may also give a detailed description of your character. I will make a sketch according to the description, but this will cost extra! (€20)
Check everything twice before submitting. Measurement instructions will be sent after you accepted. Quotes are only open when stated on my Furaffinity & Facebook page.
PAYMENTS
I’ll take payments through Paypal (worldwide) and Bank transfer for customers in the Netherlands.
When receiving your quote and accepting, a non-refundable down payment of 30% is required within 3 days. It is also possible to pay everything at once, OR pay the 30% first and after that the remaining amount.
I recommend being financially ready to pay for a fursuit before submitting your quote. You must make your first payment in order to hold a slot on the queue. If, for whatever reason, you do not want to continue the order, please let me know.
Payment plans are available, they are mostly 4 to 6 months time to pay off your fursuit. You can make a payment of €200 or more each month, but that will be discussed with you. Invoices with the discussed amount will be sent every first week of the month. Payment must be made on the same week you get the invoice. If you do not pay the invoice for 1 month, your commission will be pushed back in the queue. Stopping payment for 2 months & failing to keep in contact will get your commission cancelled.
I will not start working on anything until the costume is paid in full.
PERMISSION
I will not work with anyone younger than 18. If you are younger than 18 please ask your parents or guardian to complete the order for you.
SHIPPING
Quotes do not include shipping. Packing & shipping costs are calculated once the costume has been completed. Shipping international (outside NL) is usually more expensive and may take 1 - 3 weeks. Keep in mind of customs for your package when it enters your country (outside europe).
If you rather pick up your fursuit, please let me know!
REFUNDS
If you would like a refund and the costume has not been started on, you can be refunded everything except the 30% down payment. If the costume has been started on you will get a refund according to how much work has been done. When a suit is complete it cannot be refunded anymore.

SIZING
Partial & Head-only:
A measurement form will be sent through email, after you accepted and paid the first 30%.
Fullsuits & bodysuits:
Bodysuits will need a duct tape dummy to be completed.
What to do:
- Use good quality duct tape! (the silver colored one)
- Use a painters suit & leave the zipper open (this makes it easier to stuff!)
- Stand in a ‘T’ pose (like in the video linked below)
- Use small pieces of duct tape and don’t tape too tight! You must still be able to move around a bit.
- Tape up to where your hands start & part of your heels.
- Mark where your elbows, knees and belt line is.
- After cutting yourself out, tape the dummy back up. Please take your time with this.
- Write down ‘front’ on the front & ‘back’ on the back.
- Write down your name & your character’s name.

What not to do:
- Don’t draw patterns or anything else on the DTD, as this can be very confusing. (except for the things noted above!)
- Don’t use cheap duct tape or tape other than duct tape.
- Don’t tape over the painters suit’s zipper.
Feet:
You will need to provide you own shoes, so that I'm sure they will fit well. New flat sneaker shoes without laces are prefered!

DEADLINES
I do not accept deadlines. If you need your suit for an event, order way before that event. Suits mostly take about 3 months to make.
CONCEPT ART
A DIGITAL, CLEAR reference sheet is needed for me to correctly quote you. It must have 2-3 views of your character and must be SFW. If your reference includes shading it will be more difficult for me to see the real colors. Make sure the paws are well shown (pawpads & claws), and a view with open mouth. Please do not send me unclear, vague photographs or traditional ref sheets.
If you wish to send me more images you can do so through email after accepting the quote. I can work with a detailed description as well, but this means I will make a sketch according to your description and that will cost €20.
PROGRESS PICTURES
Progress pictures will be sent through email or facebook messenger when being worked on. Pictures might also be posted to the facebook page.
REPAIRS
Upon receiving your costume any faults made by me I will fix immediately (see ‘warranty’). I will charge for large repairs, €20 per hour. Small repairs like loose toe claws are usually free. Shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer. Please return your suit clean & washed!
WARRANTY
My costumes come with a 60 day (8 weeks) warranty on any mistake done by me. Any alterations that were not done by me in this period will void the warranty!
After 60 days I will charge for repairs. Read above.
Abuse damage is not covered in the warranty period.
