Am I happy yes, am I surprised no. C'mon, the film made a billion dollars and is now winning awards, a sequel was inevitable.

Not a surprise, really. The original made good box office, so of course they'd make a sequel. If that makes good box office too, they'll probably do a TV series. Then they'll make a half-assed third movie that does 'way better box office than it deserves and call it a day. They did that to Aladdin and The Lion King, it's their MO.

...which is not to say that I won't go see the sequel, of course!
