Patreon VS. Life... Life is winning... 3rd job time :(

[ PLEASE FOLLOW AND SUPPORT ME ON PATREON! Or follow my creative progress (Productivity Revolution) HERE! ]
Hallo peeps. Been a while, eh? ^__^
So my Patreon (<--link)has been going for a month and a half now. I still have the 6 initial supporters I had from almost the beginning, so that's cool. I don't really expect more until I start posting more stuff, although I DID post my first Patreon Bonus pack over there, including a bunch of sketches and some cool art process pics! And I have something planned for next month's bonus pack, so I'm excited about that. :)
But as far as appearing active where people can, you know, see me? Yeah, not so much... T__T
I'm expecting a little more out of myself where Patreon is concerned, because I've been a few hours away from finishing a piece since last month, and I can't seem to find the time to work on it. I haven't been completely unproductive, as I posted the Patreon bonus pack like I said, I made a video for next month, and I did some more much needed time managing (though only on paper. :P )
I have what I feel is a rock solid schedule now, which will in theory allow up to 25 hrs a week working on art while also giving me an adequate amount of "free time" so I don't feel like I'm chained to a desk all the time (which would be counterproductive, as I'd burn out or just not do it). It uses what I call "Block Scheduling" to simplify my schedule so I know exactly what I need to be doing, and therefore keeping me from getting distracted doing all of the things (and so none of the things X3). I missed the mark the yesterday and today I napped too long, but I feel the sense of determination rising. Rome wasn't built in a day, and a procrastinator with Lazy Man Syndrome can't be made to jump into a self-imposed schedule and take to it right away. It's gonna take a warrior's grit and a lot of getting used to, but I feel ready. I feel like everything is in place and I'm ready to hit the ground running with making content again.
Except there's one small problem... money. And my lack of it. :(
My main job has been cutting hours down to less than 20 a week, and so I've been falling behind. Through I didn't want to, I have to get another job to bring some more money in. That will make 3 jobs for me, not counting Patreon (which I can't count as a job, as much as I'd like to).
So that 25 hours I could in theory have just became more like 5. T__T
The only thing I can do is literally go in with every spare moment straight into my art, but my schedule will make that really hard and I will feel like it's work then. I don't want to run myself ragged, but I'm barely getting things done as it is.
Something's got to give.
As of now, I need the money more than I need to get art done. Although I will try with more urgency to work on my Patreon and The Productivity Revolution, I will have a lot less time to do it until I can catch up. Of course any pledges made to my Patreon help push me toward my goal, but when I get that job progress will be stunted most likely.
That being said, I DO have a goal of attending a con and making a trip soon, which is another reason why I need that job. My dad hasn't been doing so hot health-wise, so I want to make a trip down to Texas to see him, sometime in late March. And if possible, I'd love to hit Furry Fiesta after the visit, because if I'm going to drive a rental car (can't risk my only working vehicle) all the way to freakin' Texas, I might as well make the trip worth it.
So I might as well say that at this point, I will accept some commissions out of necessity. $50 fully shaded character (and/simple bg) $40 color character, $30 ink & $20 sketches. +$10 for additional characters.
However, please realize any commission won't be done right away, due to the schedule conflicts I just mentioned. But I will get them done. This situation is only temporary, and I swear on my grave that I will get every commission done that I have taken. And I will prioritize this batch of commissions somewhat, given the circumstances. Probably aim to finish before the end of the year, realistically speaking. Sooner if I can help it. With Patreon driving my will to make art, I feel like I will make a strong effort to work around my schedule from hell and make progress. Because dammit, I will not be deterred forever! X3
And with that, I must go to work. BUT I will ask, is anyone going to Furry Fiesta? And is there anyone with 2 spots available in their room who'd like to have me and Kat share the cost of the room? Please let me know in the comments or send a note! We need to start planning now (but it will depend on if I have enough money. I will do my damnedest to save enough by then.) If for some weird reason you'll accept art, a custom song, or some other form of payment (no sex acts, sorry DX) I'm willing to negotiate. Just hit me up! :)
Ok... *deep breath* I'll make this work.
Let's do it.

As for helping, other than monetarily, not really. I mean, my Patreon rewards begin at $1 a month, which would help. But I know you're saving your money, so it's ok. ^^
Best of luck and God bless, sir.
I'm not expecting any more than you already are doing. $10 a month is more than anyone else is pledging at the moment, and I can't thank you enough for continuing to support me and help me out. You're an amazing friend. :)
You can't keep a good concept down... Maybe you can rideshare back from TFF and save some travel expenses.. I'm all for saving money by reducing costs..
I know the reduction in working hours and working multiple jobs is rough. I can recall many a posiitions where I was "guaranteed" a certain number of hours, only to have them slashed in half and rely on side work to just pay the bills..
Good luck..
Yeah, I'm resisting still, but another job appears inevitable. Maybe it won't be so bad. I'll just be forced to make much better choices with my time when there's less of it to spare. ;3
Thanks. ^^
I appreciate it. He's not on death's door or anything, I don't think. But he's getting up there and having a hard time of it. Getting to see him would be a priority at this point. Thanks for your prayers.
Know of anyone looking for roomies? We need to find somewhere to stay that's affordable. ^^
I know a friend of mine had cancelled his room, I'll ask around for you.
