These are the terms and conditions for NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, applying to all services directly and indirectly made available online, social media, mobile device, email, telephone, in person and in contract. By accepting these terms and conditions, clients of NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, hereby agree to the following terms of service provided from sales representatives or the artist themself. Hereby accepting these conditions, the customer will have understood and agreed to all that is listed in this document, journal or page.

The commissioner, upon payment to NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, hereby abides by the following conditions: Commissioner will accept to pay in full and await said agreement from artist to be placed into a consecutive position in queue that the customer has agreed upon. The artist will contact said commissioner when their position in queue is met, or otherwise stated to receive at a later date or sooner, given the queue's completion. All customers' have right to copyright© claims of idea, character, story, environment or other variables made by said artist. Artist as full right of claim of art towards: medium, usage of advertisement, usage of reference towards other products made for other clients within NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, copyrighten artwork as a whole, the right to have a/many trademark watermark(s) anywhere the artist feels fit to have on said artwork.

All art direct or indirect from NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, client does not have right to: editing without permission of NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™; claim of said art to be created as their own; crop any of the art presented to them directly or indirected from NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™ or direct and/or indirect person or persons.

All art direct or indirect from NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, to client have right to: submission, flaunt and print as long as the trademark watermark of NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™ is represented, furthermore as per reason of non-commercial usage, and/or the client's own personal usage; edit within restriction to size for printing services; only upon approval from NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, the watermark be removed for reasons agreed by artist and client which may only be for printing reasons and/or other reasons agreed upon; claim copyright© to characters and ideas displayed on said artwork to which they claim copyright© and trademark™ of NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™.

All content, NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, has presented is within all rights of submission on websites of the following: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/nanukkluik/ as use of submission protocol, https://twitter.com/NanukkLuik as use of submission protocol and https://www.facebook.com/nuki.illustrations/ as use of submission protocol.

Furthermore, these terms and conditions may succumb to change, within the limits of the user's agreement and upon commission completion of NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™ within reasonable change.

Any and all artworks created or otherwise by NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, including all content commissioned, serviced or otherwise has no right to be sold by customer, and/or any individual and/or otherwise for Non-fungible token(s) or sold to profit off of any currency, cryptocurrency, legality of ownership or otherwise stated by law or any non-profit organization. Any and all content created by, NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, if sold, traded or donated in exchange of ownership for a profit or no profit of any kind - will be prosecuted for damages to said content and creator.
These terms, however, may be invalidated if said owner, commissioner or otherwise, who has current ownership of said artwork, content or otherwise - has a written contract stating the reason for termination of ownership by NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, and uses invoices contracted by the artist, NanukkLuik, Nuki Illustrations™, on the time and date of payment of commission of content, may sell said content for the original value. All terms and conditions, however, still apply if ownership of said artwork, content or otherwise has been handed onto new ownership of said artwork, content or otherwise.
