"What are Wilderkin?"

Basically, you get to enjoy your Wilderkin, the Wilderkin world and the amazing
characters others create. You don't get to profit off our hard work in any way.
We also want to keep the world and species uniform and recognizable for what
we want it to be, so some of the rules reflect that. We work incredibly hard to
make Wilderkin more than an adoptable, rather, an entire network and world.
Please respect our rules. Any major violations will result in a blacklisting. Ty!</sub>

By becoming a Wilderkin owner you agree to the T.O.S.

                               DO NOT:

                              
        1. You cannot GIFT or TRADE or RESELL your Wilderkin

        2. You cannot ALTER your Wilderkin's design
        _{(A large part of all closed species is their distinguishing hair, coloration, markings etc )}

        3. You cannot MAKE your own Wilderkin.
        _{(Wilderkin are a closed species.)}

        4. You cannot get a ref sheet for your Wilderkin from other artists.
        _{(We prefer to keep species uniformity).}

        5. You cannot use Wilderkin in any commercial way
        _{(i.e: make a comic, poster, t-shirt, etc.)}

        6. You cannot repost Wilderkin lore or content

        7. You must be 18 or older to own a Wilderkin and participate in the community.
        By purchasing or receiving a kin, you acknowledge that you are 18+  

        8. You cannot bid/buy a Wilderkin for someone else.

        9. Wilderkin Pearl adoptables are "blind box" style. Period. There is no input beyond
       the choices stipulated at the time of the acution, in what your Wilderkin will look like.

                               THINGS YOU CAN DO:

                             
        1. You can crop your Wilderkin ref for icon purposes

        2. You can resize for personal purposes

        3. You can upload your Wilderkin to your gallery with linkback credit

        4. You can get art of your Wilderkin from other artists
        _{(so long as none of DO NOTs aren't violated somehow)}

        5. You can ask to give your Wilderkin back to ME (only me) if you wish
        _{(and I may or may not decide to raffle them in a freebie raffle)}

                               INFO AND ETIQUETTE

                              
        1. I reserve the right to kick or ban anyone

        2. Excessive gossip, public or private drama that disrupts the calm nature of
        the chat is absolutely unacceptable. If you are discontent, please pursue your
        happiness else where - life is too short to dwell where you are not happy. Minor
        disruptions may result in a warning. Major disruptions can result in a ban. It is at
        my sole discretion. All decisions are final and not open for debate.

        3. The Wilderkin chat is primarily for Wilderkin related chat, discussions etc.
        Do not promote yourself, commissions or other artists in the chat. Do
        not try to buy, sell or peddle commissions in the chat. Thank you.

        4. Bid shaming others is not allowed. Anyone is allowed to bid on any
        Wilderkin they wish. Do not complain if someone is able to afford more
        than you. Do not harass them. Art and owning Wilderkin is a luxury, not a
        right. Those who are able to make large bids are helping me pay my bills,
        keep food on the table and allow me to put more time and energy into
        Wilderkin. There are 'newbie-only' pearls available throughout the year,
        and are designated as such as a way to welcome new folks.

        4. Please do not come to me with excessive complaints about matters entirely out
        of my control, including but not limited to: your personal subjective feelings of not
        being 'included' enough, others not liking you enough, not receiving the amount of
        interaction you want from others, personal feelings of detachment to your Wilderkin,
        personal problems you have with others, etc. I am not responsible for these matters.
        This is a fun fantasy world, if you are unhappy you may leave quietly anytime.
        Please conduct yourself like a mature, reasonable adult at all times. Always be polite.

        5. If you're interested in roleplaying in the chat, please abide the lore best you can.
        There are many people friendly players who can help you. Avoid anachronisms like
        modern day tech, 't-shirts' modern naming conventions etc. This is a Fantasy genre.

        6. I will do my best to host freebies, raffles, events, lore updates and be present in
        the Discord when possible. Please do not pressure me or anyone else about these.

        7. The Discord chat is reserved for those with Wilderkin, or those who are clearly
        motivated to get one at the soonest available opportunity. I occasionally clean out
        the chat list of lurkers + non-participants from time to time. Nothing personal.

        8. If you are a new face, either bidding on a Wilderkin or in the Discord, you may be
        asked to verify your identity on another platform (like Twitter). Don't be alarmed - this
just helps us to avoid trolls and fake accounts!
