My house needs a lot more things fixed before itll be livable. have had to nail two windows shut because all of the hinge things and locks are broken. (Apparently this is not okay either, as all bedroom windows are required to be escapable in the event of a fire!) There is a lot of water damage around the bottom of the back door as well as behind one of the cabinets. I even found mold! So thatll have to be treated and replaced! The diverter valves on both tubs (this is the knob that turns it from bath into shower) do not work! No shower! :< The hall bathroom sink is leaking. I have no idea where it is leaking from. I have shut off water to that whole thing and pulled out the cabinet. I can not figure out whats wrong with it. And the stove was working during the inspection, and now the over part of the stove is not! no idea why. the burners still work, but the electric part that controls the over is not working, thus the over is not working. No oven is super sucky. My washer and dryer are duds, but I have been trying to save some money to get a slightly newer set. I cant have this one continue to hemorrhage water from god knows where, or have the dryer take SIX cycles to dry one sheet! GAH! Oh, also I have no couch. so...this....this is an uphill battle. A serious up hill battle. I will be making auctions, and offering commissions, all of which will go to these things so I can move into my house! Please help me out. If you can not afford a commission, passing my name along to someone looking to commission would be greatly appreciated! every little bit helps! Please!!
