Hard to find a good 4th of July cartoon with an anthropomorphic character on YouTube, but this one seems to fit:
Mike assures me that despite the "Frank Tashlin" attribute that Bosko Video added at the beginning, this is a really a Friz Freleng cartoon. It's possible that Frank's unit may have started it, but he left the studio in 1944 and Friz's unit took over and finished it.

Even though I haven't commented yet, I don't think, I enjoy these cartoons you find.
