in-stream sketch commissions mean you'll do commissions while streaming or take commissions directly through stream?

meaning in the stream, I will take commissions from stream participants and then do them right then. Everyone who orders a commission will get to see it made and finished during the stream. This is different from my normal streams where I do pre-existing commission work that is already on my list.
