Mushroom Forest Arts – Terms of Service
(Sunday, December 2nd, 2018)
-When finalizing plans to commission me (Sending Down Payment - Or Full Payment) you are agreeing to my Terms of Service (TOS).
These terms are subject to change, but you will be held to the terms set when the commission was agreed upon.
Any changes afterwards will not apply to you for that commission alone.
-If you are under the age of 18, any and all business will be consulted by a third party who is of 18 years or older, and all money transactions will be made through them. They too must read my TOS.
-I reserve the right to reject/refuse a commission for any reason.
ΦΦΦ Age ΦΦΦ
-Keep in mind, I am 20 and looking for a job.
I do my very best to be a mature professional to supply the best
products as well as customer service and communication, but be
aware that I do have other priorities.
I work on commissions in any free time I can spare.
Paypal Payments are made to my paypal via Invoice only.
ALLERGEN WARNING
-I have snakes and cats. If you have allergy concerns, please let me know.
ΦΦΦ Commission Requirements ΦΦΦ
-A CLEAR reference MUST be supplied.
(If reference quality is a big issue, I have the right to reject the commission.)
-Quotes are only valid for the current opening unless mutually and clearly agreed otherwise.
-If a clear reference is NOT supplied and a color or marking is wrong, I am not liable.

-I do my best to check messages every day.
-I expect commissioner responses to be within 48 hours Once the Commissioners Project has Begun.
(If there is no response after 14 days, I reserve the right to cancel the commission, keep payment,
and if it's a scratchboard I have the right to sell final product as I see fit.)
-If I feel uncomfortable with a commissioner for harassment of any kind or threats to myself or anyone else,
or just poor communication, I reserve the right to cancel the commission (with evidence of harassment)
and keep the payment as well as refuse any further communication
and or business with said commissioner.
ΦΦΦ Time ΦΦΦ
-As stated before, I have other priorities besides commissions.
-Large or complex projects will not be given a guaranteed completion date.
-Rush orders will be specified with the quote and will be an added cost, but even
rush orders are no guaranteed completion date. (This simply puts you ahead of other
commissioners in order to have your product made quicker, so I can possibly
discount their commission for their inconvenience if needed.)
-Average turn-around is 1 week-2 months depending on commission type, complexity, and work.
ΦΦΦ Payment ΦΦΦ
I accept paypal (only via invoice – do NOT just send me payments unless I clear you to do so), money orders, and cash if hand delivered.

-After finalizing a commission agreement, full payment of the agreed upon amount must be supplied before I begin ANY work.
-For Scratchboards, Payment Plans will be considered.
ΦΦΦ Shipping ΦΦΦ
-Hand delivery at a convention will be a free option if we are attending the same event.
-For non-hand deliveries, I use USPS. I rarely have any issues with them.
-I am NOT responsible for any damage that occurs after the package has left my hands.
(A discount on a remake can be discussed if this situation ever occurs, but it will not be remade for free.)
ΦΦΦ Cancellations ΦΦΦ
-If the commissioner cancels their order, I reserve the right to keep their product and sell it.
-I reserve the right to cancel the commission as well for reasons stated above in the Communication section.
ΦΦΦ Warranty ΦΦΦ
-If your package appears to be damaged upon retrieval, be sure to take photos of the damage and do NOT open the package!
Contact me immediately with the photos so we can make a claim with the shipping company.
-If there appears to be no threatening damage to the package upon retrieval, open with care to be sure not to damage the product in any way.
Please inspect the product and report any damages within 48 hours (2 days). If no report of damages has been made within said time,
I will assume your product has been received properly and in tact.
-My work is covered for up to 20 days after received. If any damage occurs please notify me immediately.
(This is void if the product has been put through rough treatment and or improper care.)
-If any modifications are done to the product, warranty is void.
-If any attempts to repair are made without my consultation, warranty is void.
ΦΦΦ Re-Selling ΦΦΦ
- You may only resell something I made at the price you paid for it.
If you did not pay for it, you may not under any circumstances sell it for profit.
