I - Ibex, you could ask Aleric (character belonging to ~Sandow on FA). If anyone knows any prey Imps that would also work.
Q - A quoll would be nice but I don't know any active ones that aren't hybrids (Karpenter is a coyote/quoll by ~Prowler7). If you fancy some linguistic gymnastics, the Kirin is more accurately in Chinese the Qilin. Don't know any prey kirins but you can try convincing Geno (~Geckonori on FA).
X - Xenurine (armadillo), you listed it in the last vore alphabet so I guess you're fine with getting into Latin? ~bug has an armadillo girl named Nigiri but you'd have to ask him.
Y - Yellow mongoose? ~FidchellVore has Elise.

I appreciate the list however I won't actively seek people out. If slots aren't filled then I'll use generic people or something else to fill the letter. So the referral program would be someone going to a friend who might fill the letter and saying "hey! You interested?"
