Confirming a commission(s) suggest you have read and agreed to the terms written below.
Edits made after your confirmed order will not be applied.

● Do not repost commissioned art without proper credit ●
Commissioners are given clean copies of their order (for their personal use) and watermarked copies (for reposting).
● Do not redistribute, trace, or resell etc for commercial use with personal orders ●
Please be up-front if your commission is for professional use as they will cost more.
Art being sold along with a character must be sold at a 50% less than the original price. Why? You did not make the artwork.
● Work on a commission does not begin until payment is sent ●
This means payments are required up front.
Commissioners are given 24-48 hours to send payment from the time the invoice is sent.
!Please let me know ASAP if something comes up or your order will be canceled!
*Payments are always in USD through paypal*
● Refunds are dependent on how much work has been completed ●
If the commission has not been started you will be refunded 100%
Commissions at the Sketch Phase will be refunded 80%
Commissions at the Lineart Phase will be refunded 50%
*Any work beyond this point will not be eligible for refunds*
● Commissions are YCH (Your Character Here) only ●
Unless otherwise posted, I only take YCHs in order to control my work flow.
● Please notify in advance of deadlines ●
My turn around time can be from 2 weeks to 2 months.
If at any point in your commission time past 2 months you feel too much time has been taken, please message me and your commission will be completed within that week (or 7 days)
● Commissioner must provide updated & proper references ●
This means image of character must be:
+ Not shaded or at least provide base colors
+ Full body viewed. Front at minimum. Both front and back preferred
+ Not just porn of character. Actual image used to see design
Additional artwork can be given for ideas, accessories, etc
Written descriptions are not encouraged.

+ Have pieces of a design but nothing set?
+ A good chunk of the design needs to be changed from previous reference?
+ Giving vague ideas of the characters look but nothing that you can share in a single image?

An additional charge will be added in case of the above due to the extra time and work needed
*For adult artwork do not send real world pictures of genitalia.*
Your commission will be canceled and refunded
● Updates are given twice to allow for edits ●
Once during the sketch phase and again during the flat color phase.
During this time it is recommend you review the WIP given and request edits.
Edits past this point are charged $2 USD

+ While I will not cancel an order I do ask that commissioners please properly compile their replies in 1-2 notes
+ Multiple notes/replies make it harder to find the information I need
+ I don't care if it makes the note long. Please do it
+ Accidental note sends will not count. I can tell the difference
● Characters & Commissioner must be 18+ to order adult art ●
I do not work with minors for adult art.
● I will refuse commission orders as I see fit ●
This includes orders that involve:
+Hate speech
+Fetishes I am not comfortable with
+Underaged characters in sexual situations
+I personally cannot work with commissioner due to past issues
+If I 100% feel I cannot fulfill your order due to my own lack of skill
