NOTE: Finally I spent some time to make this TOS journal so complete. This information is going to be updated from time to time.
Hello!
Firstly, thanks so much for being interested in purchasing a commission from me! I will explain how my commissions work and what information you should know before finalising any decisions.
I give these recommendations just as insurance to make interaction with my clients more convenient and understandable.
If what you are looking for is not below here, please feel free to contact me and we will discuss your options.
âI am an adult individual and expect my clients to treat me as such, and I will treat them as equal.
âI will not draw what I consider to be offensive, but I will not judge my clients for their request,
nor make public their beliefs or preferences.
Important
° My native language is not English, therefore, when making an order be concise and specific.
° I don't work with empty accounts, or new accounts, they have to have a minimum of activity, to avoid scams.
° When giving me a reference please do not make an extensive explanation retailer because it is very likely that Iâll not understand it, now at this moment I am using a translator
if you have ever noted me with commission interest and never got a reply from me, feel free to always shoot me another message
there's always a chance I forgot to respond or I never received it (specially if I confirmed I would take it)
If I can not do it, I will tell you! So unless I have said I am too busy, or can not work at the moment, dont be shy and feel free to message me again.

All the money raised will be for my personal expenses:
- Improve my work tools.
- Travels
- Study.
- Expenses for future home.
⢠I reserve the right to post alternates of the image behind a paywall on such websites as Patreon.
⢠I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.
⢠I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude, cannot clearly communicate what they're wanting done, or have been known to back charge commissions once completed.Â
â⢠I have the right to cancel a commission. Payment will be refunded wholly or in part depending on the reason
⢠I reserve the right to alter and change my Terms of service as I see fit.
⢠I retain the rights to the artwork, which includes publish the artwork in an art book, post the image to my public gallery, etc. portfolios
⢠You may post the finished commission to your gallery as well, crediting me in the description. You may make prints of the work for personal use only.
⢠You (the Client) are not allowed to edit the work, but you are allowed to crop and rezise the artwork to make wallpapers, forums banners, Icons and other images that have non-commercial purpouse;
⢠You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes.
⢠If you do not want the drawing is published, no problem, just say it.
-At the end of the commission, you will receive a Web Version of your Image.
-I very occasionally stream commissions but am unable to guarantee when I will be able to stream or whether I will be available to stream your commission at all. If youâd like me to alert you when and if I do begin streaming your commission, let me know in advance and Iâll be sure to do so, but Iâm unable to make promises or set specific appointments at this time.
- If you need a picture finished by a certain date, please specify that you need it done by a certain deadline. It is best to request a deadline at least two weeks in advance, and more time is always better, especially if the commission is a large one. I may accept rush orders for a turnaround of one week or less, but this is entirely at my own discretion and such orders may be subject to a surcharge.
- I like to submit some WIPs or sketches to my Instagram or Patreon. Sometimes I am doing a timelapse video on YouTube showing the process of painting. Let me know if you're not okay with that.
- If anything is still unclear to you after having read this ToS, if you spotted a flaw in my terms or if you would simply like to make a suggestion, please feel free to send me an a note.
My strengths are animals and animal-like creatures, but I'm always happy to step out of my comfort zone. Remember that no matter the content is, I won't draw it in any other's style but mine. I won't draw most fetishes either. A more detailed list is shown below.
EXTRA PAYMENT:

- Complex character's outfit
- Complex background
- And other complex things making drawing process harder and longer
- Wings
- Complex hairstyles or tons of clothing/accessories
- Jaguar or leopard-type spots, or otherwise highly detailed markings.
- Mechas.
- Weapons and Arms.
