I HAVE RETURNED + House fund raising

Hello everyone! i kinda left wednesday morning and got back at 2am last night ;A;. It's been a long few days because we ran nonstop BUT starting tomorrow I'll be getting back to work and adding everyone's names to trello who commissioned me. Sorry I haven't done so yet but I haven't had access to my computer and today I just need to relax and get my ducks in a row for a minute since Craig and I have been going nonstop.

For reference sheets you can add things to it as follows:
Front outfit: $10
Front and back outfit: $15
3 headshots: $20
3 outfit chibis: $35

We have about $1600 left after our trip to actually look at houses (that alone ran us about $500)
Based on my calculations we still need about another $1400! Since that is the bare minimum of what we need to earn, I want to keep out goal at 5000 for now just because we do have bills here still as well as any other expenses that might crop up
Rent/deposit: 1675 (that's the most expensive house) x2
Pet deposit: $750 (at most)
Remainder: moving cost and application fees
Each place has an app fee of $35+ per person and that's nonrefundable. Also my totals are based on splitting the cost by 5 and I'm just covering for the 3 people who live with me right this second. That being said; it's always good to have extra cust I don't know if I'll have to put deposits down for utilities when we move and I miiight have to cover a bit more than just for us 3 on getting us in the house. On top of that we do still have bills here to worry about...

How many pets do you have? If you both only have one or two, you could possibly claim them as Emotional Support Animals and bypass the pet deposits altogether.

sadly we have a lot of pets ;A; we had 3 before craig moved in (she came with cats) and the couple who will also be living with us when we move they have a new kitten. It's been one of the hardest parts of finding a place to live. We plan to claim 3 or so cats and pay on the others over time if the home doesn't have a pet limit @_@
